Positive points: I loved everything about this place, big room with what looked like a relively new bathroom, very comfy bed, clean and very good value. Very central, staff were friendly and helpful. I liked it so much I stayed an extra three nights.
Negative points: No lift, I was on the fourth floor so a bit of a pain if you forget something.
Positive points: Location is good with easy access to food, attractions and transport.

Positive points: I love everything abt this hotel. The staffs, the cleanliness, the facilities, all good, especially the bathroom: clean, modern and spacious. My first stay in Da Nang and definitely will be back!
Negative points: The aircond!!! It was so hot even though we set it at powerful mode, full speed. The hotel also thought of this so they did provide us with an extra cooling fan but still...you should upgrade it. Anyway, it's a great experience staying here, thank you.

Review: Nice little hotel tucked away on a side street. I booked it foe my son and he really appreciated that the TV was a smart TV. Most budget hotels don't have smart TVs.

The space was fine. The staff was sweet, but make sure you are aware that you have to pay after your stay directly to the hotel instead of through Agoda.
The shower in my room was also missing a shower head and there will not be any warm/hot water.
Wifi was also extremely weak, with random outages especially at night.
Review: Clean, pretty, and especially located in the super central area, so it's close to everywhere. Grabbing to the beach or going to hot spots is very convenient. The staff is friendly, attentive, and supportive to customers. I am really satisfied.
