Positive points: Good little hotel, efficient and courteous staff, lovely buffet with both continental and local dishes, fresh juices that are local to the area, vietnamese drip coffee, pho station, and omelet station. Room very clean and toiletries including slippers provided, towels fluffy, location handy to everything and close to Han Market. Moon spa beside it is very good. Just across the road, waterfront view of dragon bridge. We loved it all.

Review: Expected a nicer outlook of hotel but it's ok. Turned out rooms were really nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Just that warm water by water tank, once used, takes more than 30min to get warm water again. Also, toilet bowl cannot flush often as takes long for water to fill up.

Staff at frontdesk and bellboy very very welcoming everytime we enter. Very helpful and very smiley. Staff at breakfast doesn't bother, no welcoming smile or even greet. Only care to talk among themselves. Doesn't bother to help.

As a whole, it falls short in couple of areas but applaud them in certain areas. Stay was ok.

Review: Pros - the staff, the staff, the staff! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. Cannot fault them. Rooms are also comfortable and very clean. Bed super comfy. You could also grab a tinny and watch the Dragon Bridge breathe fire from the rooftop patio on floor ten (it's no longer a functioning bar).

Cons - both showers I had there wasn't hot water after the first minute. Tepid, lukewarm water only. Staff couldn't help with this. There is also nothing for vegans at breakfast and the bread was stale and horrible quality.
