Positive points: The location
Negative points:
The smell in the room is horrible. We spent 3 days trying to figure out where the cigarette smell was coming from but it was impossible. If you have free time in Da Nang I challenge you to guess from where is it coming. Usually I don’t care if the room does not smell really good but in this case was another level of awful smell. It made me cough. It felt like being next to a smoker the whole time you where inside the hotel.
Also the hotel is in the first floor but the garage in the ground floor was always open which didn’t feel safe at all. You can get to the elevator and to the rooms from there
Positive points: We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the lady checked us in straight away, even changing us to a different room as the aircon wasn’t working in the first room. Rented a bike from the hotel, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Positive points: Location is right at the city center, near to many amenities and attractions. Rooms were clean and had quite great facilities. Toilets were great in particular.
Negative points: Smoke smell from the halls entered the room walls were damp.

Negative points: The waste bin in the bathroom had previous visitor’s used paper.

Positive points: Khách sạn ở vị trí trung tâm luôn nên rất thuận tiện cho việc đi lại. Đi vài bước là đến sông Hàn, cầu Rồng, nhà thờ, sau lưng khách sạn là chợ Hàn nên mình thấy rất tiện. Xung quanh có nhiều nhà hàng, quán cà phê đẹp nữa nên mình ở 1 ngày thôi mà đi và ăn uống được nhiều nơi. Phòng ở đây sạch sẽ, thoáng, điều hòa và wifi dùng tốt. Đặc biệt nhân viên và chủ khách sạn rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình mến khách nữa. Mọi người nói chuyện và take care khách rất tốt luôn. Nói chung là mình rất hài lòng khi ở đây. Dịp sau vào Đà Nẵng mình sẽ ghé lại Khách sạn ủng hộ. 10 điểm.
Review: Very nice small hotel -quiet but in the center, a few meters distance to the river, the Da Nang Han Market and many restaurants around. Wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

We just stayed a night. It was perfect for that purpose. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Room was nice & clean incl flat screen, good working A/C, hot shower and comfortable bed. Complementary water provided.
The hotel is located in a quiet street but very close to the river, bars & restaurants. We felt safe and looked after in this small & friendly hotel.
We would return anytime if we need a room in Da Nang.
