Positive points: The most comfortable bed I have lied in all these years of sleeping in hotels. Firm, but gentle and easy on your back and spine. A ton of cafes and restaurants in the area. Walking distance to Dragon Bridge, Han River Promenade, and the fable Cham Museum. A short taxi ride to the beach just across the river, over the Dragon Bridge. But do not cross Phan Chu Trinh Street to the other part of town, which is dirty and chaotic, even disgusting under the rain.
Negative points: Like HCM City and Hanoi, Da Nang suffers from severe noise polution, but a day or two in town with this little hotel as a base, you will have a pleasant time.
Positive points:
It was a cozy & clean hotel. We can walk to Hạn market, Pink church, Dragon bridge. Many cofee shops and restaurant around.
Definitely comeback again!
Positive points: Proximity to the dragon bridge
Negative points: Small room with two beds in it…. But, it is as described so no complaints.
Positive points: We booked this hotel an hour before checking in owing to our planned homestay cancelling. After two nights we ended up extending our stay! The room was spotless, fantastic views, comfortable bed, free water in the rooms and air-conditioning. The location was also really good, 5 mins from the dragon bridge and close to lots of food/drink options.
Negative points: Only negative was the shower had issues draining but as it was a separate shower in the bathroom it didn't impact too much with using the bathroom.
Review: Had everything but is a bit outdated to me
Positive points: Location was perfect near the bridge, bus stops to Marble mountain and beach, markets, coffee shops!! Staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed and extended our stay to 5 nights. Our room was simple, but with the price that we paid was great. We had a quiet room with nice city view on the 4th floor. Recommend for people who want a central location hotel.
Review: The room has good view. But the hotel owner need to fix the shower.
Positive points: It is located in the city and has lots of food choices and coffee shops. Close to everything.
Negative points: I would like to see someone down stairs to help the guests with their luggage and bags up the stairs. Those steps are big problems with people who have problems with physical health (back, knees, disability Wheel chair ) it's obvious the owner hasn't considered this, not good at all. Another problem is that their staff doesn't understand or speak English this is a huge problem for guests coming from other countries. Please get that right.
Review: Nice bed and clean
Positive points: Nice room with good shower! Good aircon and water and towels were topped up daily. Great value for money.
Negative points: The room was a little small and TV remote didn’t work. The bathroom smelt like old sweat which didn’t go away the whole time.
Review: Perfect location, walking distance to Pink Cathedral, Han Market, Han River, Dragon Bridge and cafes and restaurants. The place is clean and has basic amenities. They provide toiletries and staffs are great. Though they speak little English. Anyways, there is a translator app for that. There is a nice cafe in-front of the hotel called Replay 1988 and a nice Italian resto beside Highlands. My brother loved it. A lot of local resto nearby which is very nice. Food is great! Overall stay is great! Stayed here 2x already. Will recommend this to my family and friends.

All absolutely perfect. Good location near the dragon bridge with many restaurants nearby.
Everything perfectly clean. WiFi worked just fine, and staff were very friendly and helped us check in early!

It is value for money considering the great location which is near the dragon bridge.
The room was spacious and average cleanliness.
Negative points:
Despite paying the full amount in cash, they cancelled the booking on the app and claimed that we didn't show on the dates of our booking.
Taking into consideration that this case was repeated with another hotel so take care.
I tried to contact the property and booking with no luck.
To save your money, insist to have your invoice before leaving the property
Positive points: The room has two beds, one queen and one twin for three of us. It is a five minutes walk to our favorite vegan restaurant, Shanga. The owner turned on the AC before we checked in, which is a huge plus. I asked for an extra pillow and the owner was nice to give me one. There are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel.
