Positive points: Excellent location, good value for the money.

Positive points: Just some steps to Pink church and Han market. We enjoyed some days in one of the most beautiful place in Vietnam. The hotel location in the flower street where you can feel the traditional culture in the morning.
There is a very good coffer shop on the ground of hotel. There are many choice for food around.

Positive points: is a budget hotel in the city center, very close to Han market and Dragon bridge, around there are many delicious dishes! Comfortable room with basic amenities, full! Friendly staff, enthusiastic support! Suitable for short vacation! Will come back next time

Positive points: No breakfast provided but easy to find blast close by. ATM and enough eateries within a few minutes. Easy walk to Dragon Bridge. We used taxis all the time, 50000 to the beach..

Positive points: It's a budget room and you come here for the price. You are likely to be very busy sightseeing in Danang, so you don't need much. It's perfectly fine for the purpose. I picked it for the little coffee shop downstairs with outdoor tables. Nice to relax a bit after a long day out. The hotel has an elevator so you can save your legs which probably has done a lot all day. Tea, coffee, fridge and a kettle in the room. Friendly staff with little English.

Positive points: The location is great, near to the tourist attractions. They have basic and adequate facilities, provided coffee and tea in the room, and the elevator is great for those with heavy luggage. The staff were friendly and could speak good English.

Review: Molding walls, water going everywhere after you showering (there is glass wall separating the shower and toilet). Glad they do housekeeping in terms of clean floors and bed every day. Take a lot of luch to get any help. When arrived around 4pm, the receptionist was laying flat down and sleeping soundly at the reception, I have to wake him up, and I felt terrible at first. Never see anyone on the 2nd day, I couldn't find receptionist during my check out time at 12nn. Tried to call any phone number I could find, all say invalid. Until someone came and help me to found her. I left my bags there, and when I returned at 6pm, can't see her neither, I found my own way to find my left bag and then left. I felt lucky.

Review: The hotel lobby is on the first floor. Ground floor is the coffee shop. No instructions was provider prior to arrival on that matter. Da Nang was raining the whole time we were there, making it more uncomfortable when we couldnt find where the reception is. Facilities are old and dirty. We went down to check out at 11:50 and waited for 10 minutes without anyone at the reception desk to check us out. We called the phone number in our booking and a guy told us to wait for a bit but still no one came. We finally have to leave because of our flight and found out when we got to the ground floor that the receptionist was staying at the coffee shop instead of the reception desk on the 1st floor. It’s a waste of time for the customers to wait for receptionist just to check out. Not recommended!
