Review: clean and cool, but the only downside is that the TV cannot be watched and the air conditioner remote can't adjust the temperature.

Review: When I first came in, the room was smaller than I expected. The location is easy to find but the front desk is just down the basement where I parked. The door wasn’t fully covered so every time someone’s walking in, the lights turned on and lit my room, which is very annoying. Review: I rented a deluxe double room for 513,000 VND for one night on a regular Monday, not a holiday. The room is small, next to a window, and a bit noisy. The room smells, the bed linens are dusty, and the sofa and pillows are moldy and smelly... Especially the bathroom area, including the toilet and sink, are moldy and dirty, seemingly not cleaned. The drawer holding the hair dryer also smells and has a lot of fallen hair. There are 3 bottles of drinking water in the room (2 bottles of 500ml priced at 10,000 VND each and 1 bottle of 330ml for free). When checking in, the staff only handed over the key without any explanation or guidance. Upon entering the room, I immediately wanted to leave. Cleanliness and freshness are the minimum that should be provided.

Review: Suitable for the price, however the air conditioner is not very effective, the room feels a bit suffocating, the hot and cold faucet cannot be used for hot water, the sound insulation in the room is not good so it can be quite noisy, laundry services at the hotel take a long time and are expensive, clothes sent in the morning the day before are still not dried by noon the next day, when requesting urgent drying they want to charge extra fees, the attitude of the laundry staff is also very unpleasant, I advise anyone considering staying here to think carefully.

Review: No hot water for long time. Room was smelly. Towel and beasuits are fine, but the bathmat was so dirty. Amenity was fine, staff was kind but the guy of night shift can't speak EN, difficult to communicate with. For urgent exchange money from JP YEN wasn't available please right down clearly it's not on the website. Won't use there again but easliy access to airport and a town.

Review: The bathroom has been using before we have arrived and it hasn’t clear. Bathroom door was damaged and not safety.nEverythings was old and look like the room was not clear before

Review: The staff were nice enough but the room smelled just so bad. It was really hard to sleep in those conditions and you could hear the people in the rooms adjacent very clearly.
