Positive points: Great location walking distance to everything you want to see and do. But on a fairly quiet street. The staff and the manager named Hero are phenomenal. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable. Breakfast is very good with lots of options both Asian and Continental. And the shower was hot and very good water pressure!

Positive points: Large size and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast options.

Review: We requested early checkin but the staff wanted us to pay full day charge for early checkin. The person incharge (security) was rude. They started inquiring one day before only when will we be vacating the room and did this multiple times. The Air Conditioning in the room was not effective in cooling the room.

Positive points: Clean and spacious room. Fast elevators. Good breakfasts. Courteous staff.

Review: The location was excellent, with many shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the property was good overall, although there were a few minor areas that could have improved. The rooms looked a bit more outdated than what was shown in the pictures but assumed it was due to location being the Old Quarters and all.

Positive points: Clean rooms, comfortable bed, helpful and kind staff,(big thanks to Hera and Annie), great breakfast, staff helped with tours. Hera made sure we had packed breakfast before we left early to Sapa. Great hotel all around. Thank you

Positive points: Welcoming staff greeted us and got our luggage to our rooms while we were checking in. The rooftop restaurant and bar were a pleasant surprise as we had arrived late in the evening after a long travel day. Decent food with a good variety of options, great cocktails and a panoramic view of Hanoi. Our connecting family rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and an in room safe. The breakfast buffet was vast and delicious and met all of our family’s various dietary needs.
