Five Star Westlake 1st-4th Floors Hotel & Serviced Apartment

Review: The most beautiful and restful experience we have had in Vietnam. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was Amazing and fresh. The best part for us was the staff that were extremely helpful and kind. They all spoke English and were able to give us amazing recommendations. Big shout out to Dat that gave us really good recommendations and had an amazing knowledge of Vietnam.

Positive points: The staff was exceptional and I really appreciated the quick responses to all of our requests, especially when I needed support in finding a doctor to come see my daughter due to a foot injury. The pool was fantastic for the kids and the buffet breakfast was perfect. It is truly the employees that made it an above and beyond experience!

Review: Best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam with my girlfriend. Staff were exceptional, Room was modern, high tech, spotlessly clean and had everything you need. I don't know how old the hotel is but it looks brand new.nI wish i could take this hotel with us on our journey.

Review: It was nice stay with Five star west lake. The staff was supportive and helpful. Although you can connect them with WhatsApp,Line etc. This is far from Old District. Breakfast has same menu everyday. Overall a good stay.

Review: My mom and I stayed at this condotel on our last night in Hanoi, Vietnam. We checked in very late in the evening because my friends and my mom were busy exploring Hanoi all day. We arrived just before 11 PM, which was fortunate, as the receptionist informed us that the reception area closes at 11 PM. However, they assured us that if we didn't arrive in time, the security guard would be available to assist with check-in. So, a note to travelers planning to stay here: be mindful of the late check-in time. The place is very nice and clean. We also appreciated that the room had basic home appliances, like a washing machine, which helped us prepare for our next trip. This was especially useful as we were able to clean our clothes before our flight to Taiwan the following day. The breakfast area was on a different floor and resembled a converted room. While the food choices were limited, they were substantial for the price we paid for this hotel. Overall, the place and the staff were very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to those seeking a homey atmosphere, especially families with children.

Review: Very average accommodations, with below average location.

Positive points: Apartment is awesome. Gym is well equipped. There is a convenience store close. Also, cafes arround the lake are like 10 kin wal away.

Review: narriving at five star, we were greeted by very friendly and informative staff, who took us through the amenities and took us to our room and showed us how everything worked. good sized room with kitchen, dining table, good sized bed and bathroom with bidet. location is a bit far out of main town, but grabs are cheap. not a lot of dining options close by. breakfast was hit and miss eggs cooked for you but most of the supposed hot food was cold eg the hot box for bacon and other foods had no heat source.. over all a nice place to stay, definitely better than the noise of the old quarter

Positive points: The property is wonderful in its own way.its in a premium residential tower occupying the first 5 floors.the apartment size is decent enough,well maintained,clean and neat.the staff are aslo friendly and attentive.

Review: The room is amazing with modern and clean amenities. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. Responses via whatsapp for my queries are attended to very promptly. Gym, swimming pool and the sauna is very well maintained. Location is abit far from city center but about 20 mins bike ride only. All in all, very good and fulfilling stay, I will recommend it to my friends

Positive points: Among all of the accommodations we've stayed in across 15 countries in Europe and Asia, this hotel in Hanoi is one of the best for us. We felt safe and well-attended to during our stay.nnThe room had everything we needed for our compact 8-day stay - we dined, cooked, and did laundry comfortably as we were well-supplied. The bed was cozy and allowed for rest. A/C functioned well. The dining table and couch were just the right size. The room had the right amount of racks and cabinetry for organization. Bathroom utilities are basic yet reliable. The make and model of the laundry machine is good and updated. Despite resupplying us with two pieces of bottled water daily, we still had the provision of drinking water via the filtration system on the tap. Daily cleaning was fulfilled to our satisfaction. We suggest for bath products to be in refillable glass bottles instead of mini plastic bottles, and for linens and towels to be replaced only when they've been set on the floor, for a more sustainable approach.nnThe gym included basic equipment that is enough to engage one in a proper, full-body workout. We didn't get to try the sauna but the heated pool was awesome and the layout of the pool and sauna area is appreciated.nnBreakfast included soups, side dishes, Vietnamese and Japanese fare, an array of fruits, veg, yogurt, juice and milk options. There's cereal, bread, jams, and chilled dessert. Pho as well as eggs cooked in different ways can be ordered on the spot. Breakfast could be improved by offering more variety in their proteins or meat offerings.nnWe are particular about cleanliness, and look not just at surfaces and bed corners but at A/C vents, bathroom vents, as well as drains and hair dryers to see how the hotel is on this aspect. This hotel maintains cleanliness well, at least from what we've observed of our room, hallways, elevator floors, the breakfast area, their lobby, etc.
