Review: The clean room has full amenities, and the owner is very easygoing and also very enthusiastic.

9.0 The house is like a tranquil hidden gem in a very messy Hanoi - Tùng 01-02-2025

Positive points: We had a rocky start when the room we had booked was not available but the host found a solution quickly and we were well covered with a gigantic 2BR flat in the same house. In the end we only used up 1BR but the experience was beyond expectation. The room was spacious. The toilet was clean and hot water was always ready which is super helpful in a breezing cold Hanoi. The place is a corner street house with interesting window view so it’s a wonderful experience to just sit and observe the busy people of the neighborhood with our little pup. At the end our little family were happy with the time at this place.

Negative points: Hoang Hoa Tham Str was very busy and only one-way (for cars) so it was very inconvenient if you travel with your own vehicle or gotta book a drive somewhere to West Lake area. The street parking is also right in front of the house (thus should be free at least for the residents) but somehow there was a so-called“management” from the apartment building (which shares the same street with the house) who went and “harassed” us almost every single day for a parking fee which was fluctuating from one guard to another guard. We were greatly annoyed and disturbed by their behaviors but understandably it was more like a common Hanoi issue - money grabbing mentality in a limited space and too many cars rather than a problem with host duty.

Review: Nice apartment with the basics. TV didn't work and the Aircon only does cold, it doesn't heat. The Water Heater is temperamental to get heating, but it does work with a fiddle to get a shower.

9.2 Phòng ổn trong tầm giá - Khánh 22-12-2024

Review: Phòng đẹp, sạch, thoáng. Tuy nhiên nội thất chưa đc ổn, đèn sưởi phòng tắm hỏng nên mùa đông tắm bị lạnh, điều khiển tivi hết pin nên ko dùng tivi được 🥲 phòng có ban công rất đẹp tiếc là ko có bàn ghế để ngồi chơi ngoài đó. Nếu có dịp sẽ book lại phòng này.
