Positive points: The apartment was nice, and the communication with the host was easy. We stayed on the 4th floor, and there was no elevator.
Positive points: Good location with nearby restaurants and convenience store
Negative points: No elevator so if you come with heavy luggage you have to carry it up by yourselfnnDifficult to get VAT invoice if you need it to claim your travel expenses with your company. First they will refuse to issue it to me until I told them I will report this case to Tax Department.

Negative points: No elevator, more than 5 floors .nThe living room is needed to be clean such as coffee table / window/ curtains a bit smell .

Positive points: Đầy đủ tiện nghi để có thể chuyển vào sống trong thời gian dài.Nếu làm kính cách âm để đỡ ồn nữa thì 1000 điểm.
Negative points: Phòng ở phía đường nên rất ồn. Phòng ở tầng cao nên tiếng ồn ở hẻm vang lên rất to.
Negative points: Khoảng 7h sáng nhà đối diện họ thay bình ga hay gì đó siêu ồn luôn. Mình ở đây 3 lần rồi nhưng lần này mới thấy. Nói chung là mất giấc ngủ nên ko vui lắm. Còn về phòng ốc và tiện nghi ở đây thì ko có gì để chê cả
