8.0 Not so serviced appartments - Hannah 10-05-2025

Positive points: The room was large and comfortable.

Negative points: We didn’t have the washing machine until we asked for it. nnThe service was very minimal. No staff on site to support you (only for payment and cleaning at the end of your stay). It was annoying to have to coordinate payment (cash only) via WhatsApp. nnLike an Airbnb you have to bring your oil, salt, pepper and laundry detergent. The kitchen equipment was sparse with not enough cutlery for 2 people. You also have to take out your own trash at the end of your stay.

Review: The room amenities are quite complete. I suggest having a sheer curtain to let in daylight while still ensuring privacy, as the room's window has a view of the opposite houses, so when the main curtain is drawn, there is no longer any privacy.

Positive points: After spending 5 days in the Old Quarter this was the perfect place to relax for a couple of weeks. The old quarter was about an hour walk but I love to walk. It also let me explore other areas of Hanoi. My apartment had a clothes washer, stovetop, kettle, and microwave. The building has an elevator. The room had windows for a lot of natural light but also had blackout curtains. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was fantastic but be aware that you do have to step up and over to get into it. So if you have mobility problems this could be an issue. I think that is the only thing I didn't like. There was plenty of closet space. I was on the sixth floor and had a view of this part of the city. It was quiet.

Positive points: chủ homestay thân thiện , nhiệt tình đáp ứng sớm, 2 người dọn phòng rnCó bếp và tủ lạnh cắm sẵn, không phải dùng thẻ để active phòngrnĐược đặt phòng với giá rẻ nên tôi coi đây là sự may mắn !

Negative points: Bàn ăn rộng hơn thì tốt !

Positive points: Hôm rồi mình ra HN công tác nên book phòng gần khu Lotte & đại sứ quán Nhật để gần chỗ họp. Khu này mình ít đi nên hơi bỡ ngỡ, may gặp bạn chủ nhiệt tình hướng dẫn đường đi & chỉ cho vài khu ăn uống ngon ở phố Nhật :D Về phòng ở thì mình chỉ cần chỗ ngủ nên thấy khá thoải mái, phòng to, đủ tiện nghi. Ưng nhé!
