The Five Residences Hanoi

Review: Modern and well maintained property. The 3.bhk had all the amenities that one would need. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The buffet spread was delicious and fresh. Mr. Ghiang made my stay special with a birthday cake. nnp.s. 15 min ride to Old quarter. Did not mind that. After the hustle and bustle in Old quarters looked forward to coming back for a relaxing time at five residences. nLives up to its 5 star name nWill highly recomend to others and look to stay here again.

Review: Stayed 5nights at the five residences. Everything was perfect we reached late at 1am but a pleasant surprise as staff was there at the reception. They upgraded us to a well a maintained three bedroom apartment It was perfect for the family. Staff is wonderful always ready to help. Special thanks to Mr Giang Hoang n one more gentlemen who assisted us on arrival. Unfortunately don’t remember his name. All the best will defiantly recommend n come back again. Thank you

Review: We were a large groups travelling with. Children's, loved everything about our stay, great spacious room, courteous staff, great breakfast spread. Everything was perfect. This will be my goto place if I return to hanoi

Positive points: The stuff was super nice, always helpful and pleasant. nThe facilities were also great: sauna, pool and fitness.

Review: The hotel was fine, however it’s not worth the money.. the location is far away from the airport, the city, and even the luxury part of the city. Don’t waste your money here.

Positive points: The breakfast was great, but staff could learn to smile once in a while. I felt a little unwelcome. The gym, spa, and pool were excellent.

Positive points: The service and accommodations at Five Residences were fantastic! I received above and beyond treatment with each interaction I had with staff at the location and over phone/email communication. In particular, we had one specific staff member, Chloe, who went above and beyond to make sure we had as comfortable and enjoyable an experience as possible. From suggesting places to go for our family to providing schedules and location information for all the best sights in and around Hanoi. She even went out of her way to make my birthday feel very special by organizing a birthday cake and happy birthday song with my family in our living room during our stay. Her efforts and hospitality were very much appreciated by our family! Our rooms were spacious and comfortable along with the living area and fully working kitchen. The cleaning staff kept our place very clean from check-in to check-out. It was also great to have a washing machine for our clothes after running around in the heat all day. The breakfast buffet was great with many food options and our servers checked on us regularly inquire if needed anything. All restaurants inside the Five Residences and attached to the building were very good and convenient. It was also great having a full service grocery store attached to the building.
