Positive points: Spacious, clean and great location - nice to be out of the busyness of the Old Quarter but close enough to walk to. Our host Le was so helpful and lovely - she helped us with anything we needed from booking tours to providing support when our credit card stopped working. We really appreciated the exceptional service.

10.0 Cozy apartment that felt like home in a wonderful neighborhood - Adrien 27-12-2024

Positive points: Excellent location! Close enough to Old Quarter but I actually preferred the vibe of the neighborhood and cafes/shops around. Such a comfy bed and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Also so comforting to have Netflix to watch at night, a treat since so haven’t watched TV in months of traveling!

Negative points: Nothing!

9.0 Great place much bigger than a hotel room that is a 10 minute walk to the old quarter. - ron 17-11-2024

Positive points: Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Kitchen table. English tv channels.

Negative points: Stairs to the street needs a railing. Staircase should be lit and free of debris as an alternate to using the elevator and in case of an emergency. Smell of cigarette smoke coming fro the ventilation system on occasion.

Positive points: - very spaciousn- washing machine (no detergent) n- Netflix on TVs n- A/Cn- good location

Negative points: - staff was very friendly, but didn't speak any English, hard to communicate n- especially the bathroom hadn't been properly cleanedn- towels with bleach stains

Positive points: We couldn’t speak highly enough of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our every comfort and assist us in every possible way.

Negative points: The only negative was the stairs at the front of the building. I have difficulty in managing stairs and a hand rail would have been invaluable. However in saying that, the staff were there to help me negotiate the stairs and assist us with our luggage.

Negative points: breakfast is n/a, but there are coffee bars around the place so not a big deal !!

Review: Excellent location and excellent hosts. Clean comfortable Studio Apartment with everything to make stay enjoyable. Travel during Tet holiday made for less crowds but also limited restaurants and shopping. Location of this place is perfect between Old Quarter and other attractions. Would definitely recommend

Positive points: Such a nice and clean apartment with amazing amenities. The hosts were so thoughtful, offered me laundry soap for washing my clothes and umbrellas to walk when it was raining. I don’t usually write reviews but this was hands down my favourite place to stay in Vietnam.

Review: Walking distance access to Old quater and Hoan Kiem Lake. Nice and wide space for a short stay. nImportantly inside the stay have own washing machine. Staff is friendly and greeting you all the way. nGot security also. nnWill back for next stay.
