Review: The staff was very helpful, fantastic rooms
Review: Great value for money an overall very good but some issues with facilities - pool is looking a bit grubby and sauna also needs maintenance. Get the feeling they have economized somewhat on upkeep.
Review: A slice of Korean living in Hà Nội
Positive points: Fitness center, especially the jacuzzi, was amazing. The view is great as I was able to have a bird’s eye view of the west lake (Ho tay). Rooms were very spacious.
Negative points: Wifi within the rooms was weak so it was hard to get work done on my laptop.
