Positive points: I liked the location. It was quiet, although the place is in the center of the city. The room itself was clean and cozy. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed.

Review: The double room is clean and fully equipped. However, this room is on the 3rd floor, and the stairs are small, so it will be inconvenient to carry things. The hosts are very friendly and supportive. Our group arrived at 1:30 AM, but she was still cheerful and even cooked noodles for us free of charge. Wonderful. The location is right behind Uncle Ho's mausoleum, making it convenient for sightseeing.

Positive points: A beautiful clean home that was quiet and peaceful. The owners were real nice upon check in but I didn't see them afterwards, which I liked, lots of privacy, walking distance to a lot of sites like the Ho Chi Mihn Musem, Mausoleum and more. You will understand why it's called Da Tree House if you stay.

Review: If you don't have demands for luxury like a professional hotel, I highly recommend this homestay. The room is very clean I went during the humid season but there were no smells or dampness at all. The owner is also very lovely and friendly. The hotel is located right in the center, so it’s very convenient to get around and saves on transportation costs too. 💕

Positive points: the owner it’s SO NICE!!! he did so much for us and i will be forever grateful, we made a mistake while booking and he helped us in order to stay and extra night and he helped us move our stuff from one room to another! also he waited for us when we had to make a really late check in (we ended up saying like 4 nights)nneverything is clean plus the room has coffe and tea and everything you need nnthank you for everything!!

Review: Chú chủ homestay hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Phòng sạch sẽ, chỉn chu, ấm cúng, đúng kiểu về nhà ở Hà Nội vậy. Vị trí trung tâm, thuận tiện đi nhiều nơi. Mình sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp ghé HN. Lưu ý là không có thang máy.

Review: The owner was very helpful and approachable. The place is so cozy and very accessible. Outside on the street are establishments where you can eat out, have coffee or tea. There is a salon, a barbershop and my favorite is the bakeshop! They have delicious breads and pastries that I've never tasted before!! Its a must stay.

Positive points: After some bad experiences hotelwise in Hanoi this place was like a comfortable haven. It's clean, the owners are nice, blankets and towels are soft and they have a piano. It's just like the photos. Water is hot and flowing well. I had a reading lamp, wich.i appreciated. Also the air is slightly less polluted in the area.

Review: The host is very hospitable. I booked last minute at night and arranged to check in at 4 or 5 AM, but I didn't realize it would take me until after 5 AM to arrive. However, the host was still enthusiastic, opened the door, and helped carry my things to the room. The room was well-equipped with a hair dryer, an iron, and a water heater. The next day, we accidentally burned some clothes while ironing, but the host was still cheerful about it. I checked out early but left my things there and came back to pick them up at around 2 PM, and the host was completely fine with that too. Extremely friendly and hospitable anyone who doesn't mind sharing with a host should definitely consider this place.

Positive points: Super comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The owner came to the main street to guide me to the homestay so I knew where I was going. I had to leave very early in the morning and he came down and unlocked the metal gate. Very friendly.

Review: November 2024 nThe first time I went to Hanoi, I read the reviews and booked a room here. nThe space is just enough, clean, and the host is very enthusiastic and friendly. The home is close to Uncle Ho's Mausoleum but the price is very reasonable. Definitely worth a try 👍👍👍 If I have the chance, I will stop by again.

Review: From the rooms to the host, everything was very warm and welcoming. I checked out late, but the host was still very cheerful. It's located right in the city center, which makes transportation easy. The host even lent me a key to lock my bike, and I could leave it at their place. Overall, I definitely recommend renting here because the experience was wonderful, which is why I'm leaving this review. 😭

Positive points: tiện nghi đỉnh chóp, mình thích sự riêng tư và đây là lựa chọn tuyệt vời. khu vực rất gần nhiều chỗ chơi nên không lo lắng về đường đi. phòng sạch sẽ tiện lợi lần sau đi chơi sẽ ở đây tiếp.
