I paid in advance, the price was higher than a regular room, but I still got a room facing the building next door. nI asked the staff if there were any rooms with a lake view, but they were all booked. nThe staff asked if I wanted to switch to a similar room on a higher floor. A little kindness was insignificant.nnI am very disappointed because there was not a single apology, and they tried to rectify the situation by suggesting another similar room on a higher floor, and said that “lake view and direction towards the lake” are different.

Review: The hotel has convenient parking. A good location for shopping. Room size is suitable. Friendly, pleasant staff provide professional service. A good choice for your vacation.

Positive points: Bếp ăn đầy đủ dụng cụ nấu, bát đĩa, máy giạt, tủ lạnh, siêu thị gần nên mình thích thì nấu ăn tại phòng, view nhìn thẳng ra đài phun nước rất đẹp, bắt xe tiện lợi lại gần trung tâm, tóm lại mình rất ưng ý căn phòng này, lần sau mình tiếp tục đặt nơi này.
