Review: Good service, reasonable prices. The best part is the bustling food street with many snack shops.

Negative points: The staff was very nice bed the room was crap, double bed created with two single mattresses wich had a hard border so in the middle of the bed was one hard line impossible to sleep on.nSecondly the room has no windows, none, and the ventilation is very bad so the room was always damp and humid. The bed sheets where humid, not nice at all for sleep.nAs a final point, the floor leveling and the shower joints where very bad so after taking a shower the whole bathroom was flooded, lovely waking up in the night to take a shit with your feet in cold water 👍nWould not recommend

Positive points: Great location to countless dining, the Market for shopping and Train Street. The room had a mini fridge, A/C, fan and hot water for showers. The staff were very helpful with arranging our Ha Long Bay cruise, doing our laundry, and directing us to the Train and Market. Would recommend this hotel.

Negative points: The room was a little smaller than expected but still good overall.

Positive points: Location is perfect for walking to Old Quarter, Truc Bach Lake and Ho Tay Lake. There are so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, the convinience store is opposite the hotel.

Negative points: I asked the receptionist for cleaning room when I leave for 2 hours, if they dont have enough time, just clean the trash can and change towels, but they didn't (I stayed for 4 nights) :(.

Review: We are stayed 3 nights there, the staff are very friendly and polite. My boyfriend also very satisfied 😊 and keep telling me hotel is so nice and very convenient to go every place. But they off luner New Year day that why we have to find different hotel this is a little bit trouble other than that everything is good 😊

Positive points: The location was okay. The bathroom was spacious and came with toothpaste, shampoo and body wash. Staff was kind and polite despite some confusion with the booking

Negative points: A puff of black dust expelled from the air conditioner when turned on. The room was not cleaned well and every counter surface was covered in dust. The room doesn’t really look much like the picture

Positive points: The location was good. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. They arranged a taxi to come pick me up at the airport. The price is very affordable.

Negative points: Hotel is old. In the listing, pictures are good. I thought its clean. I upgraded to a room with window. Room and hotel smells musty old. Wasnt able to sleep because the ac in the room is not getting cold! The room is hot so i turned on the electric fan but the fan was so loud you cant sleep! Bathroom has molds! Dirty! No shampoo! Towels are very old with large holes on it! Scared to use it. Handles in the cabinet is broken! Disgusting!
