Lotte Hotel Hanoi

Review: Everything is good, but all the four pillow provided are too soft, my neck start pain from the first night.nRequested hard pillow but not helping.

Positive points: The hotel has high floors which provide excellent view over Hanoi. Room was spacious and well equipped. Staff were hospitable and well-trained. And last but not least, the brunch buffet at Grill 63 restaurant was really good.

Review: This is my second time this year staying in Lotte Hotel Hanoi, and I can say for sure that the services were amazing. nnGreat breakfast buffet spread, friendly & helpful staff, nice smelling lobbies. Even brought me a nice cake for my birthday.nnI can definitely see myself coming back again sometime this year or next year.

Review: This was a great stay. The pool and sauna were nice touches and felt like a spa without the cost. The gym was good as well. 16 mins from old quarter so not too bad to get around. Would stay again.

Positive points: The hotel is a class act. Truly a 5 star hotel that provides excellent room service. Great quality food and features a grocery store/mall/bar and multiple restaurants all within the same building. I stayed here the last couple nights of my 2 week stay in Vietnam to wind down and relax. I will definitely be back.

Review: We decided to end our trip in Vietnam here and it is lovely, the pool and spa are amazing, the location is fine if you’re just looking for shopping and things, but it’s a little far out from the typical tourist things, however we had already done them, so we are very happy with the hotel. Everyone is super friendly, and very accommodating.
