AJISAI Hotel

Review: One of the best parts of our Vietnam trip was staying at the Ajisai hotel. We are a family of four plus the grandma who is handicapped and mostly on a wheelchair. Obviously, we needed a lot of accommodation and Ajisai perfectly lived up to our expectations. nnI will start with the location of the hotel. It is perfectly located in a quiet alley just a 30-40 meters from two main streets that are full of small shops, cafes and street vendors. You can just go downstairs and buy whatever you need and hailing a taxi was extremely easy. It is also relatively close to the Old Quarter and plenty of other places of interest such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Hoan Kiem Lake. All places we wanted to visit took just a few minutes by taxi. nnThe facility itself is immaculately clean, which was one of our priorities when choosing a hotel. Not only was it perfectly clean but it was equipped with a microwave, a stove, cooking utensils, a dining table, a washing machine, two TV sets and two bedrooms with relatively big beds. We absolutely loved the apartment and it was such a great value for the money.nn Last, but definitely not least, was the staff and the lady at the reception who literally went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She was such a great ambassador for her country that every time we think of Vietnam now, we think of her. We checked in late (around 9 pm) and she was there waiting for us. She gave us so much invaluable advice about Hanoi and she even helped me with some photocopies of documents that I needed. She was always there, smiling, greeting us and ready to help. This made our stay so pleasant and we will never forget her kindness. Even on the day of our departure, she managed to organize a taxi cab to the airport for us at a very decent price. nNow, back home, when we ask the kids what was the best part of our Vietnam trip, they both answer: Ajisai Hotel and the nice lady at the reception. That, I think, sums it all. Thank you so much for this and we hope to visit Hanoi and Ajisai Hotel again one day.

Positive points: We love how clean and modern look of the place. Very sleek and comfortable! Loved that it had a washer and 2 bathrooms.

Review: My family booked a 2-bedroom apartment for the Tet holiday, and I also requested an early check-in and a late check-out. Ms. Han at the hotel reception was very enthusiastic, attentive, and friendly. The hotel is very clean and fully equipped. It is close to the Cat Linh train station, and it's just a 50-meter walk to Nui Truc Street for catching a taxi. Next time we have the opportunity to visit Hanoi, my family will return.

Positive points: Phòng rất đẹp, thơm, đầy đủ tiện nghi, ấm áp và host thân thiện. Vị trí cũng khá tiện lợi, hẻm trong nhiều hàng quán ăn ngon, đi bộ ra phố Núi Trúc, Kim Mã hay Giảng Võ đều gần và có nhiều hàng quán

Review: Khách sạn thiết kế đẹp, rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Tiện ích đầy đủ. Chủ khách sạn nhiệt tình, lịch sự.

Review: The room is nice, clean and new. But it's located in a narrow road (among buildings). Cars cannot go to the door of the hotel. You need to walk from the main road. The neighborhood is old town.

Positive points: Ks theo phong cách nhật. Phòng rộng vô cùng thoải mái. Toilet có sưởi bồn cầu và có cả máy giặt sấy. Rất phù hợp với các gia đình đi du lịch có con nhỏ. Nhân viên thân thiện hỗ trợ nhiệt tình

Review: Kiểu căn hộ dịch vụ hơn là khách sạn. Thích hợp cho khách ở công tác .Phòng sạch đẹp . Tuy nhiên Vị trí xe hơi ko vào được tận nơi , ko bao gồm bữa sáng .
