Grand Mercure Hanoi

Review: We stayed for around 4 days and the best word to describe is beautiful nThe room was truly exceptional and the stay was made extremely enjoyable by some super staff who made the experience relaxed and very pleasant. nBreakfast is amazing and super delicious with a great room service offering a grey range of tasty food

Review: Location is nice, while it is a bit far from the old quarter area, you can easily book grab to go anywhere. Was a bit disappointed with the room and even the amenity kit lacks a few things (no razors, etc.). Deluxe room (king bed) does not have a bathtub. nnYou can order room service through the tv or through phone. Prices are reasonable.

Review: One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at - a tranquil haven in Hanoi. The room was stunning, breakfast was perfect (one morning I asked if they had any mango and they went out the hotel to purchase some for me!), service was great. A little out of the main touristic area of Hanoi but wasn’t inconvenient.

Positive points: Grand Mercure was a great hotel to stay in for a holiday in Vietnam. The architecture and layout were very stylish and top tier. The food options were very good and the service from the hotel workers were exceptional.
