Positive points: Great hotel that’s quiet and comfortable. There’s only 2 rooms on each floor so it’s also nice and private. The staff are friendly and routinely clean the room. There are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Overall a fantastic stay!

Review: This is my second time staying here. Everything is fully equipped, in general, very comfortable. The rooms are clean, which makes me feel very pleasant. This time I went to Hanoi during the Tet holiday when it's cold and chilly, but the room is well-insulated and warm, which I really like. Showering is comfortable, and I'm not afraid of getting cold. 😁😁😁

Review: It is located less than 500m away from Lotte Mall. The room is very nice spacious and with complete facilities that even include ref, laundy and cooking equipment.

Positive points: Honestly this was our favorite place we stayed in Hanoi on our 2 month trip to Vietnam. We came to Hanoi many times and struggled finding a good place, but this place was perfect! So happy we found it. And it’s just a short grab into the old quarter. I really enjoyed the area

Review: Myrcella Urban Studio was my favourite hotel during my vietnam holiday. Great location with many restaurants nearby, walking to Lotte Center & Vincom. The Studio is nice & big. You have a washing machine & dryer in your room. A small balcony also. Toilet had Japanese style heated toilet. It was nice and quiet. The heater in the room worked well. It’s a new hotel so everything was brand new. Staff were very friendly & helpful and always wished us Hello. I stayed for 4 nights, wish i had spent my whole time in Hanoi here. Everything was perfect & I miss my room.

Review: The room is clean, modern, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances as it is a studio type. It is especially suitable for work or long-term travel because it has both a washing machine and a dryer in the room. (What I like the most) nThe hotel also offers motorcycle rentals. nThe owner and the receptionist are super friendly. nGreat location near Lotte Liễu Giai and convenient for moving around. Overall, I am super satisfied. n1000/10 I will definitely come back again.

Positive points: The location was great as it was near my workshop location. It is also near some restaurants and it was spacious. The ownerds were super nice and could be contacted on whatsapp. The room had a washer and dryer which was great. Also you could grab water daily.

Negative points: It could get noisy because I was on the second floor and they would clean early. Luckily I had to be up at 7 am anyways. I also could hear traffic because door downstairs left open. There were also little gnats in the room because they leave the windows open when cleaning the room and there are no screens. Also front door left open so bugs travel up. If I kept windows shut then no issues except the occasional one when opening room door. Also the shower curtain was moldy.

Positive points: It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean. A washing machine and a dryer were new. We had everything we needed for light cooking. The staff provided free bottles of water and cleaning. The staff was friendly and did their best to make our stay great. We communicated using Google Translate, though, but it wasn't an issue at all. There was just one person who spoke English. The wi-fi was good. We had Netflix as well. The bed was very comfy.

Negative points: It was noisy sometimes at night. Once, someone closed a metal door very loudly at 3 am. Another time, there was music till 2 am from the neighbouring building.

Positive points: There are was everything necessary in the room, even including washing machine and drying one, location of hotel also really good, not so far from city center, easily to get by grab taxi or bike and also really huge lotter store is near👍🏻nThe owners and employees of this hotel incredibly polite and friendly, always trying to help you with any requirements 💖
