Review: Helpful staff. Strategic location. Cleanliness could have been better, but for the price, couldnt ask for more. Due to the narrow steps, will not recommend for elderly with mobility problems. Otherwise, will recommend this place. n

Review: Had everything we needed. It could get loud during the day but mostly that was fine. The bed was too hard for me but they all are in Asia. Overall was very happy with the location and the apartment and I would stay there again.

Positive points: The room was exceptionally clean and the atmosphere of the building was so lovely. Also everyone there was so kind and nice. Even though we checked in so late, they welcomed us so kindly. Thank you for the services.

Review: If you want to experience how locals live in the center of Hanoi's old town, this is a perfect choice. It is right in the center but on a quiet street, so you can stay away from the crowd. You have everything you need: a small kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, a comfortable double bed, spacious and airy. The studio is really nice and offers great value for money, with perfect service (the owner provides airport pick-up/drop-off service at a good price too). The owner lives nearby, so if you need anything, they will provide it immediately. The studio is clean but not up to hotel cleanliness level if that is what you expect. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay here.

Positive points: The apartment is located close enough to the old town, but not that close that the noise bothers you. That was pretty great for us! The apartment is clean and equiped with all necessary things. The bed specifically was really nice and comfortable. The owner is very nice and responsive. She gave us local recommendations and they were really good. She also arranged a pick up for us from the airport, which worked super smooth. They even waited for us while we sorted some issues with missing luggage. We would recommend this place!

Review: As for the host's enthusiasm, I give it 10/10. The apartment is located near Uncle Ho's mausoleum, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, etc. The room is clean, the time is comfortable, that day I went on a food tour in Hai Phong and arrived at 11pm. The items in the room are neatly arranged. With this price, there is nothing to say, 10₫.

Positive points: Everything about this place is excellent. Firstly, the location is very central, allowing us to be able to reach to signature Hanoi spots and go back home without spending too much time on the trafic. There is a very good local pho place nearby, and gazzilion of coffee shops. nThe owners are extremely friendly and helpful, showcasing the friendliness and excellence in service of Hanoian. nOverall, we have a very authentic Hanoian experience. As a vnmese, i highly recommend this place for those who would like to taste the real flavour of Hanoi - the capital of Vn.

Review: Cozy and peaceful location, there are some good local restaurants near the apartment. There is no elevator, but the owner helped me. I can book airport taxi (good price) from the owner. She is so kind and try to help me always. Exterior is old style building, interior is modern. Wifi speed is also nice. Highly recommend.

Positive points: The apartment has interesting decoration, the outside gives French vibe which I like a lot. The hotel's near some of Hanoi's attractions like HCM mausoleum, one pillar pagoda and the Literature temple. The apartment's owner is very friendly and helpful by providing us some of Hanoi's good places to eat. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay here^^

Positive points: I found the location to be good, outside of the old quarter. What made the experience was the family and daughter who, when asked for help, prioritized helping you. She really went above and beyond.
