Review: Everything is quite okay because the hotel just opened, so there's nothing to complain about except for one point: when you book through the app, the highest floor available will be the 4th floor. From the 5th floor upwards, you will need to pay an additional fee to stay there. When I arrived, there was an upgrade, and the receptionist informed me of a 250,000 VND/night fee for the difference. However, when I requested to be on a higher floor, the fee for the difference would be 350,000 VND from the 5th floor upwards, and when I asked again, they offered to support me with 300,000 VND/night. I understand that the extra fee for the room upgrade is just a one-time issue for me regarding the cost of moving to a higher floor. nnOne note for those who book through the app and want to be on a higher floor from the 5th floor upwards. Additionally, on weekends, there will be a walking street, so you can enter from the Ngọc Khánh side to get into the area. If you come from the Lotte side, you will not be allowed to enter by car, even if I mentioned that I am staying inside (I ride a motorbike). Other than that, everything is quite okay for me, and the male staff in the evening is quite nice.
