Review: Good experience

Review: I only stayed at the hotel for a few hours before rushing to the airport. The hotel is fully equipped, the staff is friendly, the room is clean but poorly soundproofed, I can hear clearly what people outside are saying, so it can be a bit noisy.

Review: the hotel is not new, but rooms have everything you need, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they even invited us to dinner with them and celebrating lunar new year together, thank you so much guys!

Review: Stayed here as my son lives near by and wasn't expecting the ritz but I was at least expecting the staff to occasionally smile and say hello. But no that did not happen. There was long black hair all over the floor like it has never been swept. Also long black hair all over the bathroom walls. We were going put in one room on the 2nd floor then 20 mins later they decided we had paid for a better room so they moved us to a room where the balcony door could be opened fromrnThe outside as there was no key? So we said no way. They then moved us to a room on the 4th floor (no lift) we said we didn't want to move we were happy with the first but they would not let us stay there after we have already unpacked. Absolutely no customer service. Very rude infact. They only carried our suitcases uprnTo the next room after my son demanded they did for us. There was no other guests there to my knowledge the rooms were mainly open with staff sitting in them. ThernStrangest hotel I have ever encountered I wouldn't recommend it at all. They had a lot of amenities and toiletries etc even a computer and stock cubes in the room but no amount of extras could make up for the frankly terrible staff.

Review: Nhân viên thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp, vị trí thuận tiện, khu vực yên tĩnh nằm trong con hẻm nhỏ off Doi Can. Doi Can có nhiều lựa chọn ăn uống, bảo tàng và không xa các điểm tham quan khác. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên rất chăm chỉ giữ gìn nơi đây sạch sẽ (30-40 phút mỗi lần dọn dẹp!). Vấn đề lớn nhất chỉ là không có thang máy. Tôi được phân phòng ở tầng 6 cạnh phòng giặt, khiến tất cả các chuyến đi lên và xuống trở nên mệt mỏi.
