Review: Simple cruise and nice food

Review: Booking does not include round trip transfers. The property owner charge. The staff is very friendly. The food is so so only. When asked for a change of one of the items served, an unfriendly staff said the food on the ship is like that. There’s a charge if anyone brings drinking water to the restaurant.

Review: Food was awesome, staff service was excellent however the bay itself was polluted :(

Review: Even though it was mention they provide complementary transfer from Hanoi to Halong at the time of booking later they notify us that it’s not included. So we had to pay it separately.
Service and food were ok.

Review: I am not sure I would have been so happy if we booked 2 nights as the second day is essentially a day trip from the boat.

We were lucky with the weather and had a great trip. Meals were fine and staff try hard to meet the needs of all passengers.

Biggest negative of the whole trip was the transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long. The bus was slow and cramped. If you are taller than 170 cm it is best avoided

Review: The staffs were really friendly and the food was OK. The ship is old but the effort from the staffs kinda compensated. My really unfortunate experience was ordering an iced coffee and after drank it all i found a little cockroach inside my drink. I was embarrassed to tell them and they were even more. They apologise, gave us 2 free beers and didn't charge for it but was very disappointing.

Review: There was a lot of waiting from the starting of the trip to the end. Only 1 day is sufficient as the activities on the 2nd are very boring as there was no caving in the tour only boat ride, it is being falsely advertised in the tour that caving would be there.
Food was very basic and it is not a buffet, they will provide it in portions on the basis of no. Of people. The squid fishing is not good as there is so much trash in the water that it would impossible to catch.

There was no coordination between the employees, no one was present to guide the driver in dropping the guests, we had to wait for like a good 1 hour in the starting and then again 2 hour towards the end.

The only thing Good i would say is the cleanliness of the cruise and the rooms.

Review: We really enjoyed this cruise they did everything that was listed in the itinerary and were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of good food ride to and from the boat was great no issues or hidden fees they are good hardworking people A+
