Green Garden Hoi An Villa

Review: It’s more like a hotel than a homestay. The pictures on the website are so old and have nothing to do with the actual condition. There is no green garden but a single tree. The building is so old and feels dirty because of the old stains. The owners are so nice but They should update the pictures or renovate the place.

Positive points: Staff were lovely, I forgot to bring an adaptor to charge with and they lent me their iPhone charger. Room was really clean and cosy, beautiful little balcony. Whilst not included, the breakfasts are so delicious, fresh and cheap.

Review: I enjoyed my stay at this small charming homestay! The hosts were exceptionally warm and helpful, providing a truly welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a freshly made bed.
One minor suggestion I have is for the fridge to be deep cleaned, as I noticed some mold inside.
Overall, I highly recommend this lovely homestay.

Positive points: A beautiful place, room was clean, Ha (the host) was very nice, helped us with every question and problem we had. You can rent a bicycle and a motor bike in here, do laundry, and also book trips in the area.
At first we booked 3 nights, and then we stayed for another two nights! We had a great time, really recommend it!

Review: I spent 3 nights in the homestay. It is very clean, quiet and safe to stay during time in Hoi An. It is not too far from the homestay to the center (around 9 mins by bicycle). The home owner is so nice as almost of local people there.

Positive points: So this is the 2nd time we have stayed here and really I can not recommend here enough, both times we have opted to stay much longer! Anything you want or need anytime and your greeted with a huge smile, can't wait to come back in the future!

Review: Staying here feels just like being with family. This guesthouse is run by a warm and welcoming Vietnamese family who also operate a breakfast booth in the morning. The mother is incredibly kind and attentive she even gave my baby some snacks. They offer some rent and tour with a fair price. Their hospitality made our stay truly special and memorable.

Positive points: We choose this place based on reviews and now i want to add that it is a great place. Clean, cosy and the host is always available, helpful and soooo kind and smiley.
She helped us with everything we needed, bicycle rental, taxi to Danang, laundry and even cooked us a fresh hearty brekkie on our last day.
To me the location is perfect. Its the midway point between beach and city so its quieter. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Review: Great place with friendly service. Good english spoken and helpful. A little bit pricey for the location but we arrived during a Coronavirus time when a lot of places were closed or refusing foreign guests. We enjoyed our stay.

Positive points: Everything! The stay was amazing and the family could not be more welcoming, anything you need or want they had it sorted for us! Can't wait to come back here in a couple months and will definitely be booking this Homestay again!

Review: Cảm ơn chủ ks rất nhiêù, mình đi công tác ở 1 hôm nhưng thực sự được anh chị ks hổ trợ nhiệt tình, ks rất sạch, phòng sl ko nhiều nhưng sân rộng rãi, anh chị còn giúp thêm chăn gối, đưa luôn chìa khoá cổng vì có việc đi sớm sáng, các bạn tới Hội An chơi yên tâm ở nhé giá tốt mà dịch vụ phải nói là rất vui vẻ dân dã đúng chất bản địa.

Positive points: Clean good value accomodation. Well appointed and close to everything. Totally recommend
