Positive points: The location was good and the staff were excellent. They took us as an emergency booking after previous accommodation fell through.

Review: Made bookings online with Agoda for Superior Twin. When we arrived, we were told the bookings does not come with any amenities. No bed sheets, no towels etc.. Everything has to be purchased. This is unheard off. After 2 hours wait with Agoda, we were told the booking we made has full amenities. Agoda tried arguing with them and they insisted that the room does not come with any amenities. So, finally Agoda initiated to compensate us for the additional charges. Outrageous! Location is too far from the old quarters. Everything about their listing is not true. The only good thing came out of our experience here was the staff. Not recommended and becareful.

Positive points: The room was clean and cozy. The swimming pool was nice and very peaceful. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly. I had to leave quite early so I could not attend breakfast. However the staff had made me an extensive breakfast package.

Review: I have looked at the Deal on Agoda night before and they post a deal something 75-80% off but in fact they dramatically push it up then pull it down to exactly the price that Hotel (Hoi An Aurora residence) offered.

How cheating Agoda are !! Very disappointed with Agoda !!

Positive points: Everything was perfect. The rooms are specious, modern and very charming with great design. The breakfast is amazing and even have lots of vegetarian options. But the best part of our stay here was definitely the staff. Every single one of them are so friendly and attentive.

Positive points: The staff were very accommodating and exceptional! They were very helpful and made our joy very worth while. It’s also a great location as a base to explore Hoi An!

Review: Slightly away from main attractions of Hoi An and therefore much more reasonably priced. Maintained very well with focus on cleanliness and hygiene. Friendly staff. Stayed in the family connecting room. Very convenient with young children. Bicycles readily available for ride into Hoi An town, beach etc. Had a very comfortable stay

Positive points: The hospitality at Aurora Riverside Hoi An Hotel was spectacular!! The nicest and most accommodating staff I have ever met. The rooms are really beautifully. Also the breakfast was amazing, good selection of fruits, veggies, baked goods and hot dishes. In addition you can also order dishes like pancakes, Bun, Pho and eggs for free.

Positive points: My family and I had a wonderful experience at Aurora Riverside Hoi An, the hotel is very nice and wonderful, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, the staff is friendly, I really like the breakfast, very diverse and changes every day. I will continue to choose Aurora Hoi An for my next trip.

Review: The property offered a fantastic breakfast spread, spacious rooms, and a lovely pool that looks inviting. The location was superb and the hotel provides free bicycle for their guests. It's extremely useful when we cycled to see the paddy fields right behind the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. While the amenities could use a bit of improvement, the overall experience was good. Will definitely recommend it to friends

Positive points: The property has several restaurants and convenience stores around. The room is really clean and breakfast buffet has lots of choices.The staff were also really accommodating and it was easy to book tours through the hotel staff. Will definitely stay here again if i'm ever back in Hoi An.

Review: Ok

Positive points: The rooms were cleaned and the staff was great. Our plane landed around midnight and we booked the airport transfer thru the hotel - a very convenient way to go from the airport to the hotel especially if you are visiting Hoi An for the first time. The breakfast was delicious with enough dishes to try. Special thanks to all the staff especially the front of manager Vinh who looked after us.

Positive points: I spent a lovely week at the Aurora Riverside Hotel. It was a perfect experience. Vi & Ngoc were exceptional. Diem in the restaurant also was super in her position and was always ready to help with her warm smile. Breakfast had great variety for all tastes. I feel fortunate to have spent time at this hotel.

Review: My family is a bit far from the old town, but the room is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff is enthusiastic and friendly.

Positive points: Everything: Beds, pillows and showers amazing. Cleanest place we've stayed in on our travels. Particular to staff member. We would come back in a heartbeat and would recommend anyone stay here.
