Review: Got mosquito at room. Room is big
Positive points: Nothing
Negative points: Stay away we booked 3 nights and when we arrived it was late so had to stay 1 night. The place is dirty the pool the pictures look nothing like what is on bookings.com. bookings.com must check these pictures as they look nothing like it when you arrive. Better places on area for same money. No breakfast as staff said not enough people. I wonder why ??

LOCATION
About 15 minutes flat walk to old town which was exactly what we needed.mimimart nearby however if food other than local read you will need to walk to tourist area not far. Not much traffic to deal with whilst walking around.
AMENITIES
Room was as expected with everything working.Really cold fridge,safe in room,great A/C ,English channels.Pool great to cool off after walking around. Not made for sunbathing or chilling out and reading a book.
Breakfast great with buffet set if hotel busy or if not cooked to order.Great western selection eg omelets,bacon,toast juice and fruit etc.Vietnamese also available.
Staff super friendly with sound english at reception.Tours available via hotel to Ba Na Hills & coconut boats.transfer to danang via car 350k Vnd.
Good hotel for good price probably better than expectations. Would recommend

Comfortable large room in a great location.
A few niggles though.
No lift so would not suit those with any disabilities. A rooster and yappy dog in the building below.
Staff trying to up sell.
Positive points: Location. Big room. Large desk area. Lots of plugs.
Negative points: No elevator. Some strange odors from the bathroom. It could use a good clean on the walls and ceiling. A little worn out.
Review: Nice and beautiful hotel. Ancient as Hoi An characteristic.
Positive points: The price was decent for 3 rooms. The staff were very helpful. Someone in my party brought an external computer keyboard for work, but it broke down. The front desk was able to lend him a keyboard for him to use. It rained one night we were there and the front desk lent us a couple of umbrellas to use. We forgot them in the car one night and they were fine with it. We did remember to return them when the car picked us up the next morning.
Negative points: The rental was listed as a 'three-bedroom house', but they were actually three separate rooms, not connecting in any ways. It wasn't a complete surprise since I asked before my trip and they confirmed it. It would have been a nasty surprise if I didn't suspect and confirmed it. It was a last minute booking as my other rental canceled my booking a few days before. Wifi was sporadic. It was barely usable in my room, but it was good in 2 other rooms in my party (across the hall). Location is a good 15 minutes walk to Hoi An old town.
Review: Very nice, clean and tidy hotel. Staff is helpful.
Positive points: Location was great being close to the Old Town. Breakfast was good but limited in choice. Room was booked with balcony which fronted a main room. This was somewhat noisey.
Negative points: Cleanliness in room and common areas not brilliant. Needed to amend dates due to poor weather and the hotel were not too helpful in being flexible.
Review: Loved staying here and to be greeted with a smile from all staff. Most friendliest and helpful staff I’ve encountered on my travels. Location is perfect. Quiet area but still close enough to walk to the night market section. Tours booked through the hotel are reasonably priced. Rooms are cleaned and beds made every day. I will definitely be back. Thankyou Hao on front desk and all other staff for a pleasant stay. I will definitely be back.

Positive points: Location was good and an easy 10 minute walk to downtown.
Negative points: Facilities were a bit old and dingy.
Review: I dobt have the heart to ssy this but Hai Au Hotel and Spa needs msjor rennovation amd upkeep the staff are so kind and accomodating and they really tried so hard but the rooms given to us were really way below standards of upkeep and cleanliness we checked out after one night. Tjey also have to indicate no elevstor!

Negative points: Is quite run down, which is a shame cos u can tell the Hotel was such a lovely place when they first opened it, but it just needs maintenance, floors are coming out, loooots of bugs hanging around the room, facilities really need to be looked after…
Review: I stayed here a few years ago and it was fine. Now, run down not clean, outlets didn't work. AC control near impossible to read etc. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
Positive points: Not “in” the “Ancient Quarter” but very, very close. A fine place to base out of. Didn’t even rent a scooter. Great value. We would book again.
Negative points: It’s an old building with old building issues, but it’s fine. It also has old building charm which we love.
Review: Great staff. Location is not too bad. If you are getting on in years like me and on the third floor. It is a struggle to climb the stairs as there is no lift.
Positive points: Nice central location and easy to walk to the heart of town. The staff gave outstanding service.
