Positive points: Amazing place to settle down few days in hoi an. You can rent a bike to go to the center, get your breakfast, lunch or diner there and the food is really good and affordable. You can book a van from and to the airport in Da Nang with the reception as well as different visiting tour program. Bathroom is great, ac work well, hot and cold water working well too. Lockers in the dormitory and laundry service. Super nice staff

Review: We stayed 2 nights longer than planned because we enjoyed our stay so much. The room is clean and big, the owner is really nice and Hoi An is just a lovely city! It takes you about 20 minutes to the Old Town or you just rent one of their bikes. All in all we would totally recommend this place!

Positive points: We stayed here for two nights in a twin bedded room. This homestay is really nice in a pleasant location. The owner of the home stay Flower is very kind and helpful. She gave us two bicycles for us to roam the city. She booked a minivan for us to reach Da Nang Railway station early in the morning. The area around the home stay is the best place to ride your bicycle with buttery smooth road. Old town of Hoi an is very close from the property. I recommend you strongly.

Review: If you are looking for somewhere a little quieter, a feel of home yet close to everything, this is the place. Tucked away in a corner Tee and her family will look after you and make sure you have a great time. There are bikes you can use for free, it's about 15ish minutes to the beach or 10 min to ancient town! The rooms are super clean, cool and nice! Breakfast is great too! Would definitely come back!

Review: Stayed 4 nights at Greenbud Homestay and have nothing but positive memories from my time there. The family was so friendly and always helped us prepare our bikes early on in the morning (which they provide for all their guests free of charge!) and even offered us a delicious local delicacy as a parting gift. They were always accommodating and the breakfast was always a tasty first meal to start off the day, with a choice of a meal, a drink and a fresh plate of fruits. Even though the location is not centrally located in the core tourist area of Hoi An, it is in a quieter and nice neighbourhood just 10 minutes away by bicycle and so very easily accessible. Delightful stay, would recommend in a heartbeat and wish them all the best!
