Positive points: Great location. The property was quirky and nice.

Negative points: Access is through a shop which was a bit off putting at first.

Positive points: Very nice well equipped apartment in a great location. Japanese toilet was great! Washing machine Very useful. The manager was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Negative points: Bathroom a bit cramped.

Positive points: Room felt dim and cramped. Entrance at the back of a shop so every time you have to pass the grumpy bunch that runs the place. Thankfully the night watchman was a delight.

Positive points: The apartment was perfect for us to visit a bit Hanoi, and very functional for our needs. It is very close to the Hoan Kiem lake,while other points of interest can be easily reached by taxi or a 20 min walk approximately. The host kindly helped us organising transfer to and from the airport. The entrance is inside a shop, where a person is always present in case of need.

Positive points: Good location. Host shared accurate information. Loved the apartment as there was washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is above a sport shop.
The night security guard is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.

Positive points: Beautiful apartment, well equipped with sound proofing and a kitchenette and full sized fridge . Very well located near everything.

Negative points: Bathroom very small. Entry through a sports shop and hoch is a bit unusual but worked fine.

Positive points: Location is excellent and the Japanese toilet is awesome. The room is very spacious. Train street around the corner.

Negative points: It is not as quiet as people claim. You can only sleep if you wear ear plugs. It is at a very busy street with constant honking of vehicles. you cannot open a window due to the noise and air pollution. Also the bathroom is very small, you can hard turn around. The shower is only warm for 3 to 5 min and the water does not flush quick enough so you are standing with your feet in a small pool. The employees of the sport clothing shop is the reception and they don't care much. You pay, get a card and that is it. You have to ask for wifi, no info in the apartment about anything. You have to enter the shop because the entrance/elevator to the apartments is in the back of the shop. If he is asleep you have to slam the door to wake him up. Also not super clean, some spider webs in the corner. I do not recommend it for the price. It was a disappointment, especially when i checked the reviews.

Positive points: Location excellent especially to Train Street, restaurants, Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Quarter. Very good sound proofing on balcony doors. Washing/dryer machine very much appreciated. Kitchen area nice. Wi-fi always good. Wonderful bathroom & shower. We got free water and towel change change every day. Very comfortable bed for us. Fantastic value for money. Door lock & card so secure.This was not a problem for us but we found the entrance & check-in through a sports shop a little weird when we first arrived but when we used the lift at the rear of the shop and it opened just across from the front door, so it was like a private lift, we were delighted and there is a security guard at night.
