Positive points: Staff really helpful and friendly

Positive points: Hoianese Lip Lip Pool Hotel was an exceptional stay and a great price for the quality of the hotel. The staff Hannah and Tina were so welcoming and so helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast each morning was lovely and a great way to start the day. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels and linen was provided each day.
The option to book tours from the reception was seamless along with renting scooters or bicycles.
Location was good as it was outside the busy part of Hoi An but still only a 20 minute walk from the hotel. There is plenty of amenities within 5 minutes of it.
The free walking tour provided by the hotel was brilliant and a great way to get to know Hoi An.

Positive points: The room was perfect, very comfortable and bright. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hannah and Tina were exceptional receptionists. Cindy, from the walking tour, was such a lovely guide, she obviously cares about her hometown.

Positive points: Receptionists Tina and Hannah were amazing and sweet. We had a great time there. Since we checked out early morning and would have missed breakfast, they packed us food too!

Positive points: Great clean rooms and comfortable bed
Location is a bit bar away out Hoi An, around a 15/20 min walk (which we knew when booking but something to be aware of if you want to be more central)

Positive points: The welcome was very nice by Hannah very warm and explained to us everything about Hoi An, the culture and the tours in so much details. We also met with Gavy who is lovely and kind and welcoming and was very helpful, told us where to exchange money, that saved us so much time and money. We are very impressed by Hannah and Gavy's charm and hospitality we are very happy we were at Lip lip pool hotel. Everything felt clean and comfortable. Very special touch by the little gift at checkout very thoughtful and kind. Definitely recommend.

Tina and Hannah were sooo friendly and super helpful with recommendations, directions and anything we needed!

Positive points: The staff is helpful and extremely nice, the value for money is the best! Rooms are clean big and have all the facilities you needz even a balcony. I was in places that cost 2x more and we're worse!

Review: Mình có đặt bữa sáng , nhưng sáng gặp nhân viên không nói gì hết , cuối cùng mình mất tiền mà không có ăn sáng , phải đi ăn sáng ngoài . Nhân viên đặt phòng mình ngay tầng 1 , sau đó có đoàn gia đình đến ở mấy phòng xung quanh , chạy rầm rầm, ồn ào , mình k dám mở rèm vì mất sự riêng tư và lúc nào cũng có đống người ngồi phía trước , trẻ con thì chạy tới phòng mình mở cửa rầm rầm ( mình có khoá phòng lại ).Overall, mất hết mood du lịch , will never come back here
