Review: The accommodation is beautiful and quite comfortable, within walking distance to the pedestrian street, the staff is enthusiastic and friendly even though I checked out 30 minutes late 😓, the swimming pool is beautiful but it was raining heavily when I was there so I couldn't swim, the soundproofing in the room is decent and there is YouTube Premium.

Positive points: Our family of 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 11) rented the 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. It was more than satisfactory. While not brand new, it was immaculately clean. Special mention for the comfortable sheets! We had a fabulous view of the river from our balcony. Breakfast was not included, but we opted to eat at the homestay restaurant. The food could not be faulted. The pesto scrambled eggs were a stand out! I would dine there even if I wasn't staying at Em's House. Em is an excellent communicator, primarily via WhatsApp. Upon arrival she sent us a list of recommendations for various things. We used her restaurant and massage recommendations which were spot on - especially her recommendation of Green Grass massage. We would stay here again.

Review: The wall is so thin. We hear everything next door and rat running on the ceiling. The room was clean and enough space for a couple. The host was kind but she was rarely at the front desk.

Positive points: Em was a lovely host who attended to all our needs. We had a very pleasant stay (2 nights). The location was great - close to the riverside and the market, etc. The shower was excellent with the water pressure and temperature really good.

Positive points: Rooms are clean and spacious, Em and husband were very accommodating to our queries and even helped to obtain tickets to a show in Hoi An. They immediately sent a long list of recommendation as well. The couple is very diligent in managing the stay as a business and attend to help us especially when we had difficulty locating a missing item. Thank you

Review: Worth every penny spent on this place. Em and every staff from this place are super helpful and kind. They do not force us on any tour packages, but rather suggested better and cheaper options what we could do, which is way beyond what we expected. Place is also walking distance to old town and night market, absolutely great for family trip with elders. Would absolutely recommend this to everyone.

Positive points: Em’s House was an exceptional place to stay in Hoi An. The room was large and very comfortable and clean. The downstairs restaurant was so convenient and served delicious breakfasts and lunches with a full and varied menu to suit all tastes. The location right in the old quarter was perfect and everything could be accessed so easily and all the main attractions were within an easy walking distance. There was an Atm around the corner and a chemist. We were able to use the free push bikes and the staff were so helpful getting them ready for us. The warmth and hospitality and care taken by all of the staff was exceptional. Staying at Em’s house was incredible value for money and the entire experience of Hoi An was made so much more meaningful because of the hospitality we received at this accomodation. I think it would be a pity to stay anywhere else other than Em’s homestay! It is lovely!

Review: I was warmly greeted by Em and taken to my room. It was large and airy with windows on two sides. The bathroom was large with lots of complementary products.
The location was excellent and umbrellas were available as it poured with rain while I was there. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast ( not included ) was freshly cooked. I would recommend staying at Em’s Homestay in Hoi An.

Positive points: The location is very convenient, it nears night market and city center. The receptionist also very great, they are will to help customer to solve problem. For example, they help my family to find coconut boat company which offers fair price and very very good spa center.
