Review: Good hotel
Positive points: The hotel and staff were great. Breakfast good especially the made to order omelette. Good location, 15 mins walk to the centre.
Negative points: The music around the pool during the day was too loud.

Positive points: Probably the best hotel we stayed at during our three week in Vietnam! 🇻🇳 The breakfast was great, the rooms and the pool were very clean! Last but not least, the staff was amazing!
Negative points: Nothing, unless you wish to stay closer to Hoi An’s city center. The hotel was about 10 minutes away by walking from the center of the old town. On a positive note, this makes it much more calm and easier to sleep at night.

Negative Aspects of the Laundry Service
During our stay, I unfortunately encountered a significant issue with the laundry service, which negatively impacted our experience. We entrusted 8 items for washing, confident that we would receive them in good condition. Unfortunately, three of these items were ruined and stained permanently, which was truly disappointing and frustrating.Additionally, we did not receive any concrete action from the staff the situation was simply ignored, making us feel neglected. Even though we were not charged for the laundry service, which was the least they could do under the circumstances, this did not compensate for the damages incurred. The staff apologized multiple times and seemed genuinely sorry, but despite their good intentions, we did not feel treated as we had hoped. In the end, the ruined items and the unresolved issue left us with a sense of dissatisfaction.For these reasons, I feel compelled to strongly advise against using the laundry service. It is important for guests to be aware of the issues encountered to avoid similar experiences.

Positive points: Very clean rooms. Professional and courteous staff. Great place!
Positive points: Fabulous hotel in a great location. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved the huge rooms which were lovely and clean. The shower was the best shower we had during our holiday! The pool was large and the perfect temp to cool off in plus it has 2 little wading pools for the smaller kids. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also delicious. We could not fault this hotel and cannot wait to return one day!

Review: Thank you to the hotel for freeing up a pool view room for my family. The hotel is clean, the pool is extremely clean and pleasant, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff are friendly. The hotel also offers free bicycles for a stroll. However, the floor is quite slippery, so everyone should be careful when stepping out of the room. Next time I return, I will definitely choose Êmm for my vacation ❤️
