Positive points: Everything was just perfect! Very kind and helpful. We rented bikes, we booked a tour and a private car to Da Nang airport. Location is perfect, close to the old town but quiet and peaceful.

Positive points: We loved staying here with Phuoc & her lovely family. They all were so friendly, welcoming and generous. The location is peaceful and quiet but a short walk to the busy areas. She gave us many good recommendations for food and tailoring. They can book many tours for you too. We loved the bike rental, laundry and other amenities. Most of all, we just loved getting to know the family. 😊 we really hope we can come back here and stay again!! Thank you so much!

Positive points: I heard about the place from solo woman traveler who said she felt good and safe there - I was there alone too and can attest it was such a charming a nice place. The family that runs it is amazing and so helpful the location is great. I rented a bicycle for cheap and they gave greet recs for food and a tailor in town

We were so welcomed. Arrived very early due to sleeper but but allowed to take a shower and leave our bags before the room was ready.
There was laundry service on site and if you needed to book a tour/scooter, this was also available on sight.
The homestay had everything we needed. Could not recommend it more. We even wanted to stay an extra night but our itinerary wouldn’t allow it.
Cannot recommend it more. The host and her family were just so lovely.

Positive points: We could not recommended this place highly enough, the family who own the home stay are so welcoming and helped us with everything during our stay from basic room needs, to booking our trips, transfers and renting bikes. The room itself was spotless, the AC was amazing (which was important as it was 38 degrees during our stay), we had washing in the morning and had it back by the evening and location is brilliant as you are not even a 5 minute walk from the old town. We would 100% stay here again in a heart beat.

Review: It is cheap so you get What you pay for. Didnt feel Welcome there. Stayed 4 nights, no cleaning the room while I was there. Family played karaoke really loudly. Would not go again.

Review: Hands down the most hospitable stay I’ve had anywhere is SE Asia. The owners are so helpful and went above and beyond for me when the bus company wasn’t on time and dropped me off before daylight. I would have stayed longer but they were booked out. Location couldn’t be better as I was doing yoga at Nomad Yoga. Just book it.

Positive points: The house is big and suuuper well located, close to everything you wanna see in the old town but conveniently located on a super quiet street that lets you sleep at night. Phước was an amazing host, together with her family they really take care of their guests, they offered super affordable laundry, bike hiring services and if you need any help with transport or bookings they are super helpful and always willing to help out, it really made my life and travels sooo much easier during my time in Hoi an. I wish I had stayed a bit longer
