Review: Following are my unbiased opinion during my stay in the Hoang Thu Homestay:
Jacked up prices on everything when you are purchased from this homestay. I rented a Scooter for 150K a day, the scooter was very old and few things did not work the Gas meter did not work therefore, I need to keep filling it up to ensure that I do not run out of gas and the odometer did not work therefore, I did not know how fast I was motorbiking. The AC does not work the AC unit is turn “On” but can not control the temperature the AC is acting like a fan blowing normal air instead of cold air the “FAN” in the room does not work well it makes lots of noises when turned on.

Positive points: Lovely

Review: Clean rooms. Accomodative staff. Allows you to cook your own food.

Positive points: Close to the ancient town. Rooms were spacious and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

Review: I had a great stay here, the owner is very friendly and takes time from her day to show you a map of Hoi An and tell you the best places to go and best foods to eat. I got a free upgrade to the room which was awesome and the room itself was very big with a balcony. It’s a bit of a walk from Hoi An old town but not too bad, maybe 10-15mins.

Positive points: Host was very helpful booking us taxis and motorbikes at great prices

Positive points: The room is big and has everything you need. The aircon works perfectly and it has a nice window or balcony. Nice walking distance from the old quarter and has restaurants and supermarkets around. Hoi was such a nice host! he let us use the bikes for free to go to the beach and help us with everything we needed. He even let us use the kitchen for making some breakfast and gave us some useful things as oil and salt.
Hoi was really kind and talking to him was the best way to get to know the history of the city and country. We had the best time staying with him!!

Positive points: Really liked the homestay! It’s located in a quiet area but still very close to the old town which is perfect. The room was big and had everything I needed. The owner of the homestay is so friendly and helpful!

Review: Ms Flower and the staff are absolutely lovely. They made our stay a delight. The place feels like home, it's a 15min walk from the city center and very well located close to shops. Ms Flower upgraded our room to the best one and we are so grateful, they were super helpful. We would come back any time. Thanks a lot!

Positive points: Everything was great, clean, spacious room, friendly receptionist, bikes and very close to the city center.

Review: The homestay was clean but the reception and front part was full of cockroaches, and it seems that the personal didn’t even ca ca about it. The shared room has a lot of humidity and it’s very hot, and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. Also the privacy in this room is non existent, because the beds are very close to each other and they don’t have curtains. The matress is the hardest one that we sleeped in 3 months in Southest Asia, it was the same to sleep in the floor. The only good thing was that they give free bikes for the guests. I would pay a little more and go to a better place.

We arrived very early, but the new host was super amazing. We could check in very early.

Nothing of the old reviews make any sense.

The new owner is super friendly and relaxing. He is doing everything himself to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Free bikes to use. The beach is 10 minutes biking. The center 5 minutes.

Private room was big and clean, nice view. Clean and comfy beds.

The inside of the house is spacious and clean.

Laundry and smoothies across the street, restaurants around the corner.

Had an amazing stay!
