Positive points: Had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the city center. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Vincent, who went above and beyond to assist with tours and transportation, even late at night. Really appreciated his dedication and kindness. Highly recommend this place!
Negative points: The hotel is still in its building phase, which gives an unfinished feeling. That said, there was no noise related to the construction, so it didn’t affect my stay. Overall, a good experience!
Positive points:
Staff “forgot” to cook 1 breakfast after we both ordered. We were heading out for a tour so it was too late by the time it was clear it wasn’t coming.
The showers went cold very quickly (there was no way we could actually use the bath in room as a result) and there was low water pressure. The mattresses were thin, hard and lumpy- made of Kapok.
There were problems with the electronic locks on both rooms. One room, you had to keep tapping the card for several minutes until it eventually let you in. The tv in the other work didn’t work then the electronic door lock completely malfunctioned - locking my mother out of her room for several hours. Some staff were very apologetic and tried to fix things. Others looked stressed out, distracted, unhappy and were consequently not the most pleasant people to deal with.
Negative points: As above. The banana pancakes were nice and that was about it
Negative points: cleanliness!!! The room is damp, not cleaned, strong smell of mold.I can’t understand the rate of this hotel in booking, looks like all coments are fake and bought!!! Even a chair in a room were broken, there was no toilet paper, towels not look clean, floor was dirty.
Positive points: So many interesting shops within walking distance, and the staff encouraged us to explore.
Positive points: The bed linens felt luxurious, not scratchy like some places.
Positive points: My friend forgot her passport, and the reception helped us get it from the airport.
Positive points: It was sweet how they’d offer a friendly wave each time we came in.
Positive points: The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze.
Positive points: Everything was perfect. Great location, clean, nice bathroom and balcony, the best staff - especially thank you to Ce Ce who helped me book the best Easy Rider bike tour.
Positive points: The reception staff was frendly.
Negative points: This hotel does not deserve four stars. The room had a pungent smell and the air was humid all the time. And worst of all, the room was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and too hard. The breakfast was really modest, althougt there was an omelette, a pancake and some fruit. At half past nine in the morning, renovation of the apartment next door started. The room on the third floor could hear the sounds of the downstairs lobby.
