Review: I stayed here for one night, Tuan Chau is beautiful and peaceful.

Positive points: It was right at the dock for my cruise so it was perfect for a cheap layover room that I basically used as a locker for my big luggage.

Positive points: Mình đến đây vào thời điểm tất cả các khách sạn xung quanh đều đóng cửa nhưng riêng khách sạn này vẫn hoạt động đầy đủ chức năng , đó là 1 điều vô cùng tuyệt vời . Nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện , dịch vụ tốt , rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ cho khách , vị trí nằm trước bến cảng du lịch view rất đẹp . Giá cả hợp lý , rất đáng để lưu trú tại đây nhé mọi người .

Positive points: Phòng ổn, đầy đủ tiện nghi, TV, tủ lạnh, máy lạnh, quạt, tủ để đồ,... Tuy nhiên hệ thống nước nóng chưa được tốt / không tìm thấy nút bật nước nóng.

Review: Tuan Chau Island is a ghost Town (not the fault of the Hotel). The Hotel is near the ferry Stop where you can Take the ferry to Cat Ba. Hotel staff did not speak english. Room was mouldy. There was a used mouldy wine glass on a shelf in the room. We booked two nights in advance, but left after one night (because of the Ghost Town and also the kind of bad Hotel). Positive aspect: they only billed us for one night not two.

Review: No hospitality at all. It started with: “can i help you”, with the attitude of what are you doing here. Menu’s all over the place but they dont want to make food. The neighbourhood is a ghosttown (not their fault).They closed the front door for 3 hours….

Review: The hotel is clean, quiet, and the front desk staff are enthusiastic. At midnight, I needed something and they brought it to my room. I booked a superior room, but when I arrived, there was a family room with a sea view available, so I got a free room upgrade.
