Review: I loved every bit of my stay. I seem to have gotten a very lovely upgrade and got the prettiest room with a comf bed. I needed to work and do some meeting and they accommodated me and even gave me space to work better from. They were super helpful with activities to do around the town and also helped me book a shuttle tp leave to Da Nang for a very good price. Every single person working there is just lovely and gold worth!! I have nothing bad to say about this place and hope to be back here again. Loved it so much and can highly recommend it!!! Thank you for making my stay and the Tet Lunar Year celebration so nice for me!

Positive points: The staff here were great - always happy to help. The breakfasts were really good (hot drink, juice, fruit and choice of egg, pancake or local dish). They have bicycles available for cheap rent and location is amazing - just a minute or two walk to lots of bar, coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Review: Very beautiful location

Positive points: I think this was the best hotel we stayed at so far in Vietnam.
We had nice hosts everywhere but this place is outstanding. The food for breakfast was delicious, you get free coffee and water all day long. The ladies will take the best care of you - they even helped me to organize a birthday cake for my boyfriend.
Thank you again SO SO much!
We stayed in the Standard room, second house top floor and it was really quiet and the bed suuuper comfy.

Review: We got a 4th floor garden view. Which was a balcony with 1 m high ceiling and a few plants. Not quite a garden. The room was next to a water pump which was noisy at times. If staying I would recommend asking for any room but 4th floor. Bathroom shower didn’t drain so after each shower the bathroom had a puddle of water everywhere. Staff were are very nice and helpful though. And location was quite good. Short walk to the main attraction yet far enough away from the noise or the main area.

Positive points: What a beautiful stay we had! The room exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 4, with 2 children aged 11 and 8. We had a separate sleeping space and our own bathrooms - so very welcome after travelling for 1.5weeks in shared rooms, and incredible value for money. The room was light, with a nice view over the river and a balcony. Laundry was quick! The location was exceptional, just a 2min walk down the lane to the Old Quarter and perfect for night markets and boat lanterns. The hosts (Ms V and Ms H) were absolutely delightful and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. Vee couldn't do enough to support us and make us feel like friends in her home. Thankyou, we will be back ❤️

Review: Location is wonderful, easy walk or short bike ride to lots of the sights. The staff are amazing. The breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are spotless. Great place.

Positive points: We had an amazing stay! Such a great little spot, perfect location, with a short walk into town. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and loved having the little balcony. Staff were super helpful with booking our transport for our onward journey and were so friendly and attentive. Breakfast is very nice and served with a delicious fruit platter. The ginger tea is also 10/10.

Review: Massive shout out to Vince and Vy! My trip in Hoi An was 10x better because of my stay here. Location was great, close to old town. The services provided was exceptional! They were very accomodating to all our needs. If you're coming to Hoi An this is the place to stay. I will definitely come back. Thank you Vy and Vince you are the best!

Positive points: Great place to stay in Hoi An. Old Town is a few minutes walk, room was nice and very clean and breakfast was also good and varied. Water and coffee is available at all times at the reception and staff is very nice and helpul. They gave us tips about the city and organized trips to Ba Na Hills and My Son. Thanks again for that!

Review: Wonderful staff made our trip so comfortable. The room was nice too. Don’t book a standard room though, it was interconnected to the next room by an internal door and all the sounds could be heard. The staff moved us to a room on a higher floor for our final night and it was great!

Positive points: The beds were the softest I’ve slept on in Vietnam! The bedroom and bathroom were clean, the hotel was a stone’s throw away from Old Town and the staff were very kind. I had heavy luggage and was on the 2nd floor but this was taken up and down the stairs for me. I enjoyed my stay here and I’d highly recommend.

Review: I walked to Hoi An old town day and night. I am that close to the old town. Of course, it is a short walk to the night market too. The only drawback is that the roosters next door start to crow at 5:30 at dawn. It is a pleasant place to stay with very helpful staff.

Positive points: The most amazing stay we had in Vietnam. It is a lovely place very near the old city, the hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. They can support you with everything you need. The breakfast is very good and you have various options. I would definitely come back here.

Review: All people in the house are very nice and helpful. However, the bed was not clean, I don’t think the pillow covers were cleaned, as I found hairs in all pillows. Also, the shower water was not warm enough under the winter time. I nearly got cold after 5 minutes. There are lots of other choices in town. Think twice when you book

Positive points: The hotel sits very close to the Old Town, but on a very quiet street. I’m so glad that I didn’t book accommodation in the Old Town as it’s overcrowded and too much noisy.

My room was very nice. And the lady at the reception was very helpful and welcoming.
