Zest Resort & Spa Hoi An

Review: This property is gorgeous. The views, the feel to it, it is stunning. The staff are very friendly there and very accommodating to help what you need. I think the rooms could be a little cleaner as the shelves were collecting dust. We ate in the restaurant one night and were so impressed with the food! Only criticism here is that would have been nice for some music in the background rather than sitting in a silent room, only me and my partner were in there haha! But highly recommend here

Positive points: It's a lovely green lush setting surrounded by water, an outdoor bar, and a seating area and a beautiful pool with banana lounges. Restaurant food was nice, and the massages were amazing. You can sit back and relax or use the free shuttle bus to Hoi, an old village or the local beach. Thuy was wonderful and organised trips to Marble Mountain, Hue city, Danang, and The Golden Bridge. We highly recommend Thuy and her staff. Thank you. We will be back to stay at Zesd

Positive points: Highly recommend Zest!! The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. We had such a wonderful peaceful time there, the breakfast is delicious, we ate dinner there basically every day or there is a wonderful restaurant next door that also delivers into the property! We had a great time fishing, playing pool, and doing a spa day (they gave a wonderful foot massage as a gift and we did nails as well for my daughter which lasted for ages!) Overall just a wonderful stay and can’t recommend them more.

Positive points: This resort is perfect for a relaxing stay in Hoi An. An easy bicycle ride into the Old town or use the regular shuttle service. We stayed in the executive suite and it was amazing. Very large, full size fridge, 2 toilets and great outdoor seating including a little floating pier. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they booked cars and airport transfers at the same prices to everywhere else. Breakfast was delicious.

Positive points: It's an chill and tranquil resort, everyone there is very friendly and helpful. They can organize you drivers to the beautiful sites like My Son or Marble Mountain, you can cycle your way to the beach easily or take the resort's shuttle to Hoi An. The rooms each are unique and beautiful.

Positive points: We absolutely loved our stay at the scenic Zest Resort & Spa Hoi An. Upon arriving the staff let us know, that the air conditioning in our booked room doesn't work and needs to be fixed. An alternative had already been prepared for us and we spent our first night in the beautiful and spacious garden villa that's situated right at the small lake. Already the next morning we were able to change to our booked room with balcony which was also very beautiful and super comfortable with a really, really nice bathroom.

But the best thing about our stay was the people working there that gave us the warmest welcome, big smiles and the best service. Lovely Thuy and Thuong were constantly making sure that we had everything we needed, brought sunshine to our mornings and made us feel like home. Also the kitchen team was wonderful - always happy, super friendly and hard working. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The friendly cleaning staff kept rooms and the hotel spotless.

Positive points: Lovely place! We stayed in one of the boat cabins and it was great! We did have a lizard in once or twice but it didn’t bother us. The pool, spa and gym is great. Nice play to relax. Breakfast was nice and all the staff were very friendly. Great knowledge of the area and helped book activities/plan your stay. Shuttle bus, car service and bikes available to use too. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Review: We booked the tropical oasis villa, which ended up being on an island of its on in the middle of the resort. The villa was spacious and nicely decorated. The resort staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Would come back again!

Review: We loved our stay at Zest. The grounds are lovely and very secluded and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just two suggestions after our stay. The mattress was a little hard and could use an upgrade. Also, please do not ask guests checking out to fill out a survey in front of you. If you are really interested in customer feedback, allow them to reflect on their stay and post here a few days later. Most people will only tell you what want to hear in front of them. Anyway, loved my stay and will return. Thank you!
