Positive points: It was light and spacious. It also has a pool and is located in quiet area. It’s just a 10 min ride with a bike or even less with a Grab motorbike to the old town.
The host Kim was super sweet and was always very helpful. She was also always available. I didn’t know how to use the front door. lol So I called the host and made sure I got in.
Kim was also very accommodating as I ended up leaving earlier because my friends were denied boarding due to missing visa.
I’d definitely recommend this place!

Review: We stayed at this homestay for a few days and enjoyed our short stay here. I personally loved the service - Kim, the owner is extraordinarily friendly, and hospitable and has great recommendations for local eats, activities, and tailoring. Breakfast was fantastic!! Lovely fresh fruit and home-made drinks and food every morning. The homestay is also located just outside of the bustling CBD so you can rest easy at night. The homestay also provides free bike rental which makes exploring Hoi An that much easier and so much more special!

Unfortunately, I do also have some complaints I feel I need to explain. When we checked in, we did not receive the rooms I had booked on Agoda and were given different rooms with no real explanation. Although we were OK with this, it may be something to note for others. Our room was quite damp and almost everything felt slightly damp to the touch. We also did not know that the drinks were not complementary as we were not made aware of it beforehand (Although I may have just missed a sign somewhere)

I still absolutely recommend this homestay for the food, the service, and location. I personally think 5 Coconut homestay is excellent value and a great choice for those on a budget!!

Positive points: This was the best place I stayed in Vietnam! Starting the day with ana amazing breakfast with options and then being so close to the best sites in Hoi An does not get old. The people were so friendly and kind, they even woke up early at 6am to make my breakfast when I had a flight that same day. I would go back for sure :)

Review: The best place I've stayed in Vietnam, the rooms are a good size and there is a pool but the host family are what make this so good.

They are smiley, friendly, helpful and unintrusive.

The centre of Hoi An is a 30-50k Grab taxi away, I didn't wish to stay right in the centre as it's too much of a tourist trap so this was ideal

Positive points: Cozy and comfortable, nice pool and spacious room.

Review: Our first stay in Vietnam. It was good as the host is very welcoming us and provided us some travel information. Breakfast made by the host make us feel warm and the taste also good.

Positive points: Kim was the best host we’ve had in all of our stays travelling Vietnam. Kind, friendly and extremely helpful beyond belief, even getting us a cake for our anniversary was very touching for us. The other staff members were also as extremely friendly and helpful. It was such a nice experience. On top of all of that the room was lovely and so was the pool.

Review: It was one of the best stays in Vietnam. Staff very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of tips about places we wanted to visit, provided free bikes and breakfast. Room spacious and clean, have everything you need. All in all very recommended.

Positive points: We really enjoyed our stay here!! Kim and Cherry are so lovely and warm-hearted and they helped us with everything (renting a scooter, laundry Service, recommendations etc). Breakfast is included and it was really yummy, you can choose between different things, which were all really tasty. We personally loved that the Villa is not directly in the City Center where all the hustle and bustle is. It is located between the Center and the An Bang Beach, 10min by scooter in both directions. The bed was really comfy and it's huge. We would definetly come back!! 🧡

Review: We absolutely love this place, highly recommend. Warm and helpful people here. They kindly offer us an upgrade and give us a bigger room. Everything has been made to made us comfortable. The bed was perfect no to soft not to hard. The location is great too, you can borrow a bicycle for free and just go around, Very near from a market and places to eat. Located between the city (3km) and the beach (3km), the location is convenient. You can book tours from here and also rent a motorbike for decent prices.
We didn't try the pool but it was very clean and well maintain.

Positive points: The hostess was absolutely lovely! She is very friendly, checked in on me and helped me arrange the Ha Giang loop. The rooms were very specious and clean! I had the most amazing time at the homestay!
