Positive points: Cutest villa, affordable price.
Positive points: The yard is perfect, and the pool is very refreshing. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and they speak English, which can be scarce in the area. They were always available via WhatsApp. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We had a health issue during our stay, and they handled it effectively, recommending doctors and a hospital (thank you, Helen!). Their constant availability was a great relief. This is the perfect place to stay in Hoi An, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
Negative points: Everything was perfect
Positive points: It was a little piece of paradise away from the kaos. It's about a 5 min drive from old town. But very easy to get a Grab cab. Great for our grown up family to have their own room around the pool. There are only 8 cabins. It's peaceful. We loved it.
Negative points: We enjoyed everything.this place is so much better than expected.. maybe the pool could be a bit colder

Positive points: Nice hotel with beautiful green territory. I would like to mention the staff, they are very friendly and welcoming. The pool was very clean and the room was cleaned while we were away.
Negative points: Take into account that this is a bungalow with panoramic windows to the pool and with the curtains open you will be seen by all vacationers

Positive points: Compared to many hotels in Vietnam that I visited during this trip, this one was relatively quiet. During my time there, I was able to get a good night's sleep!
Negative points: This is one of the most beautiful, quiet, and cozy places I've stayed during my 2 months of traveling in Vietnam. It's worth the money - 100%
Review: Lần đầu ngủ 1 đêm tại hội an mà nhà có em bé nên book villa cho thoải mái. C chủ cực kỳ nhiệt tình luôn ạ. Mọi thứ đều khá là ok. Chỉ có điều phòng khách và nhà tắm nên gắn thêm đèn cho sáng sủa thì sẽ ok hơn
Positive points:
Phoenix Hotel Pool Villa is in my opinion the best place to stay in Hoi An. The room, facilities (awesome swimming pool!!!), the surroundings and the location, everything is simply perfect. They also have bikes for rent for free, that we used a lot.
The staff is impeccable, honestly I've never seen such good quality of care and dedication anywhere during my travels. If you're going to Hoi An, stay here if you can.
We also had their breakfasts and they were really good.
Negative points: I liked everything.
Positive points: The space was relaxing and quiet, the pool always refreshing, and the gardens are well looked after and really pleasant to spend time in. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and Hellen was always willing to organise trips for us or help show us where to find the things we needed. The free use of bikes was an added bonus. I really recommended staying here.
Negative points: We booked Phoenix villa after our original accommodation fell through, and we were looking for another large family style villa to replace it, so we were very happy when we found and managed to book one here. However there was a misunderstanding about this, and on arrival we were given different, seperate rooms as an ‘upgrade’, which was not what we had reserved. Despite this, once the original villa we booked became vacant after two nights, we were able to move into it together. It was not a deal breaker by any means, it was just disappointing that after spending so long looking for what we wanted and then finding it, we were then given something else without first being consulted.
Positive points: The garden, the LOVELY staff, the small villas and the new facilities. Great breakfast in the garden.
Positive points: Beautiful garden and private villas. The villas had nice design features such as timber walls and floors, nice bathroom and decor. The staff were very try friendly and the garden and pool was beautiful. I’ll stay here again.
Negative points: Nothing
Positive points: Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Tasty breakfast. Quiet location.
Negative points: If you wanted to walk into the old town, it was a good 30 minute walk.
