Review: I had very nice and peacefull stay at Cocoon Villa. I loved the location not in the crowd of the center but not that fair within 10 min by bike gaven for free by the property or by walk easy to reach but within 45 min. That also I enjoyed to do. They also provide a scooter for 150 don for one day. The people working here are very nice. Taking care everything, brekfats very nice and swimming pool very clean. I recommend this place and looking forward to come back.

Review: I stayed with my mom. Really satisfied with this cozy villa. It has a big swimming pool, bicycles can be rented. I strongly recommend.
Positive points: tTe place is very nice with a pool in the center. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Negative points: The window didn't close properly, but I was ok with that. It was a very good value for the money.
Review: Located in a nice quiet neighbourhood approx. 10-15 min from the centre, this villa is an absolute gem. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms - 10/10
Positive points: We liked the location it's within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants - it's very private and nice gardens - the staff are friendly and the breakfast is good - the pool is fabulous and the room was clean and comfortable
Negative points: For us the bed was a bit hard and the breakfast menu was very limited
Review: Excellent staff. Very nice place if you’re happy to travel a short distance to Old Town and Beach. Good breakfast, nice modern rooms. Not an easy bicycle ride due to the roads, so best for those with own transport. Wifi Ping had major problems (data speeds erratic every few minutes) but will be a fixable problem for the hotel. Would stay again.
Positive points: Very nice accommodation and atmosphere, clean and spacious rooms, nice balcony. There is also a good breakfast served.

Positive points:
Peaceful location for the most part.
Room was huge as it was called a family suite.
Clean room, quiet a/c. when needed.
Loved the patio overlooking the palm forest.
Large pool, well tended gardens.
Away from the hubbub.
No expectation or push for tourist activities.
Set menu for breakfast, fresh each morning.
Negative points:
Available bikes were not particularly safe, in my opinion.
Reception without staff for the most part. I wondered what a guest would do in an emergency.
Could be a plus or minus.....If you're looking for a lot of interaction with hotel staff, this isn't the place.
On the Saturday of my stay there was a very loud, catered party from afternoon to midnight. When I tried, early in the evening, to message reception to ask how long it would go on, their Whatsapp was " out of service"!
I do believe that it would have been appropriate for the hotel to inform other guests beforehand of this kind of situation, so that they could plan their evening differently. Definitely clouded my view of the place.. though glad I had a few more days to chill out afterwards.
Breakfast, though fresh, could have had more choice for extended stay guests.
Not many places to go to eat nearby on foot.

Negative points: It’s too far away from anything not near a bar or a restaurant so you feel a bit trapped unless you get a taxi

Positive points: This hotel was wonderful and we felt like we were on our honeymoon. So luxurious for what we paid. The best pool we had in Vietnam and the best hotel breakfast!
Negative points: The location is a bit far out, it was okay for us because we are happy to use grab for taxis or food, and we were able to bike to the beach in 10-15 minutes were there were restaurants and coffee shops.
