Rustic Villa

Review: Our stay at this hotel was amazing and unforgettable. The place has a beautiful rustic charm. The room was big, super clean, and had everything we needed—extra slippers, a kettle, a fridge, and water bottles. The high ceiling and neat setup gave it a unique and cozy feel.

Even though there’s no lift, the staff helped us with our luggage, which was so thoughtful. The best part of our stay was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind and caring. They greeted us warmly, gave us helpful suggestions for things to do, and treated us like special guests.

One moment that touched us was when the lady at the hotel stood at the gate to see us off after checkout, just like family would do. It felt so personal and genuine.

The breakfast was also fantastic, with plenty of options. As vegetarians, we were well taken care of.

Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend staying here!

Positive points: Would 100% recommend. Very helpful staff from the time of booking all the way up until the end of our stay. The breakfast is delicious and they were very accommodating when my wife was unwell. The room itself was lovely, very large and comfortable! They provided bikes which we used to cycle into the old town. Our next flight was quite late and they were kind enough to offer one of the bathrooms to allow us to shower.

Can’t fault! Lovely stay with lovely staff. Our host at breakfast, Xuan, deserves an extra mention for being so warm and helpful!

Review: We stayed at this property for 2 nights, and I can say this is the nest one. It's little far from the old town, but has a very nice neighbourhood, friendly staffs, nice view, greenery all around. Beautiful one. Loved this property, and will sure choose for my next trip to Hoi An. Literally there is nothing to complain about.

Positive points: The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing especially the omelette. The staff are all very helpful. The free bikes were enjoyable and lots of routes away from the roads are available

Review: We had a lovely stay at Rustic Villa. The pool was great and we chose the location as it was half way between the beach and old town.
Very peaceful area and close enough to walk or get a grab to wherever you want to go.

The room was spacious and cool. We stayed in a king suite which was really nice. We did move half way through the stay as the outside air conditioning was quite noisy.

Lovely owners and a well maintained property. The only issue was breakfast. It was very basic and felt a little bit tight. Som, the chef cooks a mean packet noodle. We had packet noodle soup 2 of the days and a stir fried version of packet noodles too. If we had the option again I'd do room only and get my breakfast myself.

Positive points: Beautiful rooms & pool. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. Sorted our airport transfers smoothly & bikes available to cycle into town.

Review: We enjoyed a lot and extended our stay here. The family is very lovely who own the place and are super helpful for everything. I wanted to visit the doctor as I fell sick during my stay and they guided me through everything.

Positive points: I noticed the great reviews so I decided to stay there. Unbelievable service and the rooms are spotless. Don’t give it a second thought you must book this place.

Review: Everything was perfect, big room and clean and nice hot water. The breakfast was fantastic, Sun make us a different and delicious breakfast every day with coffee beans which is difficult to find in a hotel in Vietnam. The owners were also very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Review: Great hostel with free bicycles to use which although it was a little way out from the centre meant it was easily accessible. Breakfast was great - freshly made and different each day with coffee, fruit juice, fruit banana pancake and eggs or banh mi etc. Also had a nice swimming pool and friendly staff. The room had everything you needed.

Positive points: We stayed in the superior room and our room was modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
Mr and Mrs Vu were amazing hosts and Xuan a fantastic cook of the most delicious breakfasts...we felt spoilt the whole time. This place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Review: It’s a great location- less than 1/2 hour drive from old town. The hosts are amazing- always giving ideas on what to do or where to shop. The rooms are big and nice. The pool is a little small (and cold), but my kids like it.

We love it here and highly recommend it.

Positive points: Great stay at Rustic Villa! The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast (the sister of the family made it) was just great and variable. You can borrow bikes to explore the city. Good location to also experience the beaches close by. The host family make me feel really welcome at their Villa and helped me during my stay with everything.

Positive points: Excellent value for an enormous room and a delicious multi-course breakfast (which changed daily). Super friendly staff shared good recommendations. Location is good if you want to be away from the busy central area, which we did - it was easy enough to hop on the free bicycles to cycle in. We didn’t have any trouble leaving the bikes locked in various places around Hoi An.
