Positive points: Excellent place to stay in the beautiful Hoi an. Kim the host is amazing and will help with anything you need. The place is very clean and modern and comfortable. We will be visiting again ☺️

She would message every day to check everything was ok
We had a lovely breakfast each day
On our last day, Kim prepared a meal and we sat down with her and her husband and had a great evening
Absolutely would recommend to others, great value for money, lovely hosts, like being at home

Positive points: I love the location ,away from the busy streets...Lovely house and hosts.Room is so comfortable with all mod cons...Breakfast served in lovely retro hallway, outside your door....tip top....

Positive points: The property was quite new and room was clean and spacious. Room and bathroom were furnished with modern furniture. Property is also in a quiet neighborhood, but it’s a long walk to the Hội An old town.

Positive points: The owner and her husband were very friendly and the breakfast options were all delicious. The rooms were very good quality, clean, and well taken care of.

Positive points: Our room was very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. Ms Kim was so so helpful and made our time there 10 times better. Breakfast was yummy too!
