Negative points: The windows are not very sound proof so you can hear the street and late night karaoke and vinahouse

Negative points: That we had a beautiful claw foot bath but only about 25 litres of water so couldn’t use it. We had to take turns to have a shower as there wasn’t enough for one after the other

Negative points: We selected it partly due to the kitchenette, but there are no kitchen utensils so the only food you practically can make is instant noodles using the kettle. Hoi An anyway has a poor offering of grocery supermarkets so eating out is your best option.
The bathroom has a bathtub but no shower curtain so if you shower standing up you will soak the whole bathroom floor.
Breakfast was good but options quite limited, with toast+ fried egg+sausage being the only option besides more traditional Vietnamese breakfast options like noodles (no buffet).

Negative points: Nothing bad. Some of the room elements are tired and could use a refresh but this was minor. Our room was huge with 2 double beds which was perfect.

Negative points: The keycard from the room key is for the electricity, so the fridge turns off, when you leave the room. Not so good, if you use it for things that need to stay cool. The hotel has a very tiny entrance area - you walk into reception, which is also the breakfast area, and one table for breakfast next to the pool. When you come down the stairs from the room, you walk straight into the reception desk and the breakfast area, which, if you want to use the pool and come down in bikini, is uncomfortable.

Also weird to use the pool, while some people have their breakfast there. The rooms are a bit old and could get a new layer of paint (and different colors, the grey everywhere is a bit doomy). It fells the place is kinda old and the energy stagnant.

Also - with the reception being the constant point to pass through, given the tiny space, as there is no other entrance to the rooms, pool or breakfast area - I found it stressful that some of the staff where a bit too eager to greet me every time I come in and out and make commentaries of what I wear and what I bought and where I would go next. Quite intrusive. It's non of their business where I go next, nor what I buy, nor what I wear. Lack of privacy here.

Also, I rented a motorbike and it was empty when I got it. Initially I wanted to keep it just a day, as grab drivers are cheaper, but since I filled the tank again, I used it longer and left it with even more petrol, than it initially had. If I use a bike for a day, I shouldn't be require to go to the gas station to recharge for 5K (0,60€), cuz you rarely even use 2K of petrol per day. Helmets were smelly, because of the rain and the not fast drying.

Negative points: Airco leaking, bath tub instead of shower with no shower head that can be turned to wash hair without holding it. We had issues with having hot water everyday.
Breakfast very limited and even than not everything available.
Quite far from the centrum (+- 4.5 km).
Bikes are old and are even by the staff not recommended to be used because of their condition.
