Positive points: The beds.

Negative points: Staff weren’t great. Breakfast was grim. They said water is free and then charged us for water in the fridge. Litttle bit of a rip off. It’s not 3 rooms it’s 1 room and in the middle of nowhere. Pool was filed with bugs.

Review: 나는 Nghe Garden Resort에서 3박을 머물렀고 정말 좋아했습니다. 호텔은 고급스럽고 아늑하며 매우 깨끗합니다. 로비부터 수영장까지 모든 것이 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 세심해서 내 숙박을 더욱 특별하게 만들었습니다. 올드타운까지는 도보로 10분 미만이 소요됩니다. 다시 호이안을 방문하게 된다면 꼭 이 호텔에 묵을 예정입니다.

Negative points: Very musty smell in the room

Breakfast has to be ordered specifically what you want the day before and at what time which was a bit of a pain

Review: 호이안 중심부까지 약 30분(도보) 거리에 있는 정말 좋은 숙소입니다. 머무는 동안 서비스는 좋았으며, 직원들은 친절했고 항상 필요한 것이 있는지 확인했습니다. 수영장도 있어서 정말 좋았어요!

Positive points: We liked the location outside the old town. Easy walking and bicycle ride.

Negative points: We received WhatsApp messages prior to checking in, basically demanding what time we would be arriving. Our plane was delayed, which I told them, and then it was requested that I send a screenshot of our location while in the car on the way. Reception said she had finished her shift and wanted to go home. It was only 8 pm. I asked if they had 24/7 reception, and she said yes but not tonight. Our room was 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms but no, 1 bathroom 2 toilets, both bedrooms open to each other so not great for privacy. They also requested extra payment for our 14 year old son even after they received our booking with Booking.com. photos on the website do not reflect reality, more of an instergram versus reality. Unusable sun umbrellas, brocken deck chairs, no restaurant except for breakfast. No bicycle hire, not even assistance to hire. My recommendation is to choose another location.

Review: I chose Nghe Garden resort based on all the positive reviews, and it was the best decision I made from my trip. Everyone I encountered at this hotel greeted me with smiles, and they tried their best to accommodate guest’s request. During my stay, I planned a surprise cake/flower for my parents. Arranging this service was done over the emails, and they responded to all my inquires so promptly/professionally. Parents were happy with this arrangement, and the cake tasted really good as well.. The first experience was so good which led us to book another one on our last day. The pool was good. If you are looking for a getaway experience, look no further and book your stay at Nghe Garden resort.

Review: The rooms are quite nice and clean. The breakfast could be better. The view from the hotel is good, but the staff could be more obliging.

Positive points: This is a cozy resort away from Hoi An town. A great place to nest and relax yourself. Staff are friendly and helpful, trying to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. The villa was clean and spacious. Only comment is the TV was not good working condition. Breakfast included in the room rate was simple but good balance of local and international. Absolutely a good value for money.

Negative points: The weather was not perfect due to rainy season, so not convenient to walk around. But easy to catch grab and travel around.

Positive points: beautiful villa, nice pool, good location, some of the staff were helpful.

Negative points: breakfast was a miss, very little selection and staff wasn’t too enthusiastic about giving options. maybe it’s because we went there off season. the private outside bath we had in our villa was’t working. there was also mold in our villa and that’s why had to leave early.
