HOI AN RIVERSIDE VILLAS AND APARTMENTS

Review: Beautifulpool where you can sit at pool deck to enjoy your buffet breakfast daily. Quite a nice spread of food. Nice view of farmland nearby. Staff was very helpful to give us good advice on the surrounding and also book airport transfer for our departure. We almost wake late if not for the staff knocking our doors to help us carry luggages down. Reminded staff to wet mop flooring. Other than that no complain on this hotel with a nice balcony. Big washroom with a long bathtub n shower area. Some local good food n shops nearby. Can cycle to Hoi an old town about 2.8km away. Enjoy the padi fields scenery as u cycle. Be careful of traffic around. Or Grab taxi around is easy. We took electric buggy taxi back from Hoi an town which was breezy easy n so uniquely fun.

Positive points: We stayed in two rooms, the connecting rooms were super, the family room was ok, not as good as the connecting room but still OK.

Staff was very helpful and kind.

Great breakfast.

Free bikes were available, not modern, but they did the job.

Review: Looked our stay in this little hotel. Breakfast is small but delicious. Pool is really lovely. We really enjoyed riding the bikes from the hotel around Hoi An.
The staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. Lily especially was fantastic and made sure we were looked after.

Positive points: The Staff are kind and helpful. The hotel is near the Old Town.
It's quiet at night. The breakfast is good, and the local noodles we ordered are delicious. The price of spa is reasonable and the massage is quite relaxing. Generally speaking, it's a cozy place to stay.

Review: Despite some minor problems at first, my family had a comfortable stay here. The room was lacking in some towels and amenities for the third person, so we need to request it from the reception. Receptionists are wonderful and willing to solve our problems to ensure a satisfactory experience

Positive points: The reception staff were outstanding especially Katie. The daily cleaning was nice to have.

Review: Its an older accomodation but its location is superb, 30 minutes river walk right into Cho Hoi An, very close to the center of Old Town.
Our room had a great view of the water and rice fields and a bicycle ride away from it.
This place has exceptional, informative and friendly staff. I would like to mention Lucy, Lily, Katy and Mini who made our stay extremely welcomed.

Positive points: Cool that the bathroom has a bathtub.Also amazing silk robes are provided. The staff was very nice and friendly. Nice view from the balcony. A little bit far from the old town ,but with the scooter is fine. Also you can take a bicycle for free from the hotel,which is nice!

Review: Stayed at the Hoi An Riverside Villas for a few days. First impression upon arrival was great staff was very welcoming and offered a free drink while I waited for my room. Staff went over the hotel and its facilities as well as tours that you can get at a discounted price. They have a restaurant and provided breakfast each morning but I am not a morning person so I didn’t partake.
The room itself was okay. Upon entering the smell of humidity and mold quickly hit me. Unsure of other rooms but the one I stayed in had poor ventilation which allowed moisture to set in the room when no one occupied it which makes for perfect environment for mold. I had to open the balcony door to let the air escape. Even the restroom lacked an exhaust vent so had to rely on the window to let the moisture escape after a shower. There is a/c in the rooms though during my stay I didn’t need to use it as the weather was cool enough for me. The large bed was comfortable and had no issue sleeping. The wifi was intermittent throughout my stay and sometimes my device would not even find or be able to connect. The layout of the restroom was also kind of odd. The shower area doesn’t have a shelf to hold the amenities like shampoo and body soap so had to awkwardly place it on the floor which sometimes allowed water to escape shower onto the restroom floor.
The location is about a 20-30 minute walk from then main area of Hoi An market but there is some nearby restaurants and convenience store a few minutes walk away.
Overall it is a decent hotel to stay in for a short time though myself wouldn’t stay here longer than 3 nights.

Positive points: The staff were exceptional, especially Katie at the front desk, who took the trouble to welcome us by name and give us a detailed briefing of activities and attractions in the area. Everything from airport pick-up to check in, to drop off was seamless. Breakfast every morning was good.

Review: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were always kind and willing to assist with any requests. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, though the bedroom itself felt a bit small. Breakfast was average but acceptable for the price. The location is a bit far from the city center, which might not suit everyone, and there was some light noise like a mosquito buzzing during heavy winds outside. However, these were minor issues for me. Overall, it’s a good value for the price, and I’d give it 4 stars!

Review: We stayed at Hoi An Riverside Apartments for 2 nights. We had seen great reviews on both Agoda and Google.
Off the bat, the hotel staff - receptionists, bellhops, chefs, kitchen staff, everyone is absolutely wonderful. So friendly and so calm. They listen to every question you have so eagerly and are always eager to help. At the risk of being repetitive, wonderful staff. Receptionist Lucy was so welcoming and warm. It did feel like we stayed home.

Hotel itself is very very good. Spacious rooms and one of the biggest bathrooms we saw in the trip. Cleanliness of the entire property is immaculate.

Would have been a 5 star overall. Our only point of teeny tiny difficulty was a lack of vegetarian options on their breakfast menu. But they did have ample amount of bread and veggies to make a sandwich. Fruits as well. So, it wasn't unbearable. It was definitely doable. But if there were a few vegetarian options, that would just be great.
The hotel refers you to an equally friendly gentleman Lin for your motorcycle rentals. Their cycles are super cute. The airport drop driver was absolutely charming too.

Summary: YES PLEASE. AND WE'LL VISIT AGAIN.

Review: Spacious stay in lovely Hoi An..the staff genuinely care that you are comfortable. Breakfast was limited options but good. The property ambience was very good. Location is 1.5km from old town.

Positive points: The hotel staff were so helpful during my stay. I've never experienced such kindness and hospitality. They are very honest and go an extra mile to ensure your stay is comfy.

Review: We chose this hotel based on reviews from Agoda and Google, but it didn’t live up to the hype. The breakfast was basic, and the service was unresponsive. Even for simple requests like water, we had to call multiple times, and they provided unsealed water in reused plastic bottles. Overall, the hotel is nothing exceptional. That said, there were no major issues, but it’s best to set expectations for a standard, ordinary stay.

Positive points: The customer service is among the best that I have experienced. Special shoutout to the staff (Katy and Lucy etc) who are always readily available to assist whenever you need them.
