Zen Boutique Villa Hoi An

Review: Loved our stay at Zen Villa. Excellent service. The staff helped organise a number of tours and transfers for us, which were all excellent. Breakfast was great, particularly the vegan banh mi option.

Positive points: The rooms were big and clean. The pool was nice. The staff were great and the breakfasts were better then great. The hotel didn't seem to have any quiet spaces just reception, the restaurant and pool which are joined and have regular flow through people traffic.

Review: Felt staff was rude towards Indian. There was partially towards other foreigners especially during breakfast .
The room we booked and got was different . Beside our room there was beds kept on the ground and balcony way was dirty . Water was drippping in the toilet . There are many better way for this same cost . Most of the Vietnamese are very kind towards Indian but this was it totally different .

Positive points: this is my favorite hotel in Vietnam so far! perfect location (a short walk from the madness of Old Town but in a peaceful neighborhood). the rooms were comfortable and huge, the staff was fun and friendly, and the breakfast was incredible!

Positive points: We had a fantastic stay! The room was great, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was the best we had during our entire trip. The staff went above and beyond, offering helpful information and services. The location was perfect—close enough to the old town, but far enough to avoid the chaos.

Positive points: The staff were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The room was very nice with a massive bath and balcony + bath. The location was very good. Away from the hustle and bustle but close at the same time. The breakfasts were exceptional too.

Positive points: Villa is really nice and clean, rooms are comfortable. Walking distance to old town. Breakfast is really delicious (eggs, banh mi and pho). Their staff is amazing, really helpful and nice. All of them try their best to help you and be of service. We came before the checkout time and they still let us go to the room already. Bikes and scooter rentals also are possible from them. They can also arrange tours for you. We went on cooking class eco tour and had a great time!

Review: The villa is located between the two biggest seas in Hoi An and is just a 10-minute drive to the Ancient Town, which is super convenient for traveling around. They provide free bicycles, the staff (Ms. Huong and Vy) are very nice, they helped us with local travel information, the breakfast is nice, the room is nice and quiet. Highly recommend for any budget travelers looking for a good quality stay.
