Review: Convenient, clean, spacious. Easy to move to West Lake. The host is easy-going and responds quickly. Definitely worth experiencing when visiting Hanoi.

Positive points: The place is ok, not for long term stays and for those who work remotely. The staff are very kind and helpful. I would recommend to upload real photos of rooms (not the computer generated ones) then people now what to expect. Overall, if you come to Hanoi and need a place to sleep at night it is ok.

Review: I really like the decor style of the room here. Everything is clean and smells good. It seems that the check-in/check-out is automatic because I didn't encounter any staff, only an older gentleman who seems to be the steward. The location is very convenient for booking a taxi and finding restaurants and cafes.

Positive points: The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. I originally booked for 4 days and extended my stay there for another 9 days. I loved the location, near to West Lake and in a local area, with lots of coffee shops nearby, especially the small one in the same lane as the apartment building. I had coffee there every day. I would very happily stay there next time I am in Ha Noi, and have already recommended it to friends.

Review: The manager at the home is very enthusiastic. The home is beautiful, located near West Lake, convenient for travel, with many restaurants. It is fully equipped with amenities from the kitchen to glasses and a microwave. I recommend it for anyone coming to Hanoi who needs a cute home to check-in. Next time, I will book a room with a river view ^^

Review: Apartment was not cleaned well and many construction noises from early morning and water pumping machine all night. The room smelled a bit mouldy with bathroom smell. I could not sleep. Staff was kind and arranged for refund but it was inconvenient having to find new accommodation.

Review: The male staff member was very enthusiastic and took great care of the customers. The home is a self-check-in type I checked in late (at 10 PM) but the staff still came to assist me with the check-in process and prepared the bedding as I requested. The location of the home is very convenient for going to West Lake and other coffee spots. The room was clean, just like in the pictures, a bit small but still comfortable. It's in a residential area, so it's not too noisy at night. I will come back next time. Highly recommend to everyone.

Positive points: Tu and the staff were incredibly kind and very responsive. Everyone I came across made me feel so welcome. Tu was waiting to welcome me and even found me in the alley without me asking as I was lost trying to find the place. The location of this modern property is in the Tay Ho district which is about 3 miles away from Hanoi old quarter. It’s def. not a tourist area, which means it offers you an authentic Hanoi life experience. There is a lot to eat and an excess of coffee shops that also serve tea and smoothies and just five minutes walk away is a grocery store with produce and household essentials. And then there’s beautiful West Lake just outside the doorstep. rnrnThe room was huge and has plenty of space for my clothing and suitcases. The kitchen has a portable burner, a pot, a pan, a plate, cups, and silver ware. Theres also a hot water boiler, mini fridge/ freezer, and a microwave. rnrnThe bathroom has no curtain or divider for the shower so water spreads throughout. I would recommend bringing shower shoes as it takes a bit of time for the water to completely dry.

Positive points: Thanks to all the staff of Urban Westlake Apartment. I really enjoyed everything. This was my first time choosing an apartment at a hotel during my vacation and I was very happy. The staff also helped me book some excursions, all beautiful. I hope to return to Hanoi soon to come back to visit you, greetings from Italy!
