Positive points: Top room. We stayed in the Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment.nVery clean and modern.nnStaff is super friendly and helpful.nnWe had an issue with the shower in draining quickly or not at all but that was quickly solved.nn10/10 would definitely come back

Positive points: Ngoc Pham is the best staff in the place she is so professional ! She made our stay so comfortable and so easy she made us feel special. . Cleaners are very reactive too, they come clean your apartment everyday.nThe 3 bedrooms has all you need with toiletries.nLotte mall is nearby for shopping. nAlthough it’s not in Hoan Kiem, you can take a Grab car and reach there in 10min (around 2-3$).nWe extended for 5more nights! nHighly recommended

Positive points: Khu căn hộ mới nên rất sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, gần trung tâm thành phố, tiện đi lại công việc. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Trong phòng có đủ nội thất, bàn làm việc, máy giặt, tiếc là tôi chỉ ở 1 đêm nên chưa dùng hết. Khu căn hộ có tầng hầm khá rộng nên gửi xe rất tiện. Lần tới khi ra Hà Nội công tác dài ngày, tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại Gloria.
